“Without my husband on a business trip, I've never had such a pleasant 2-day hotel stay.”

All hotel personnel were extremely helpful. I took many taxi trips and they were very well facilitated. Room service was prompt and courteous. My room with a view, was stunningly beautiful. The hotel manager was especially helpful and charming. I've never written a review as positive, and as well deserved, as this one! I congrartulate Expedia elite plus and Four Seasons for a perfect visit to Miami.

Area recommendations
I saw only the 2011 Miami Book Fair. This was a book promotion business trip.

This was November. Expect rain.

“Love Miami!”

“Good hotel but the details are just not there...”

Good hotel with nice rooms. However, it seems that the details are missing... Internet quality is poor and intermittent. Room toilet had a minor leak that was bothersome at night. TV image would freeze frequently along with the audio. The SPA is actually run by Club LA fitness and it´s just not up to par with the hotel quality and name. This is definitely not a SPA that you would expect from a Four Seasons. Restaurant quality was average at best. Overall a nice hotel but not at par with the Mandarin Oriental or even the EPIC in the Brickell Area of Miami.

“Perfect, Perfect , Perfect.”

They know what they are doing and know how to spoil you on vacation. This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Can't say enough good things about it. The gym was great too.

“Excellent Service, very professional staff”

The service at Four Seasons is second to none. The property is beautifully maintained and flawless. I would highly recommend staying here during a visit to Miami.

“Great Place”

Everyone at Four Seasons seems to care about you (the valet give you fresh water when you live the hotel, or umbrellas when it's raining!). The staff are professional, attentive, and extremely good. We had a great view in our room. After a day of exploration, the pool was relaxing :) Just one complaint : too much air conditionning everywhere !

“Hope to go back”

Great hotel, nice pool. IN the financial district but there was a lot of construction in the area that made the location a little annoying. Very close to the FREE metro mover - which was great for getting around Biscayne Bay area.
