“A nice place to stay”

This hotel is located at Sunny Isles, about 20mn drive from south beach. Staff very helpfull and friendly. If you have a car, it will cost you $26.00 / day for the valet + tip. The suite was very big and the bathroom amazing. The bedroom as the rest of the hotel was very clean. The pool is quite small but clean as well. Really a nice place to stay

“Lovely hotel on beach”

Hotel was completely full over Christmas and New Year sadly they ran out of beach towels and beach beds on several occasions. This wasn't a free service so very disappointing that they didn't have enough for a full hotel.

“We will be back”

A good condo hotel staff are very helpfull and friendly. Plenty of retaurants and shops brilliant beach and park next door. My only grip is the expensive valet parking.

“not what we expected”

When we arrived the bed for our daughter was not made in the living room, the telephone needed to be connected and the room safe had to be connected in the room by a member of staff. The furniture was broken in places and the room did not cater for three.We were also situated above the carpark on their first floor which we specifically asked for higher.
