“Exceptional Service”

We had car trouble on the way to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff arranged to have our car towed to a local dealership, and dealt with those issues so that I could go on to the business meeting I was in town for. They had info on a local car rental agency that was both quick and convenient so that went well. All in all what could have been a total disaster was only a minor inconvienece.

Dadeland - generally nice without paying the Beach up charge

The restaurant in the Marriott across the street is nice.

“Very Nice,”

I really nice, modern hotel with all the basic conveniences. Room was clean and appeared well maintained. Very convenient spot for public transport and shopping.

“Disappointed with the hotel clerk's lack of initiative and thoughtfullness.”

A conveniently located hotel with the usual amenities and generally friendly staff. Staff training however requires improvement as it relates to taking the initiative to ensure customer satisfaction. Employees especially, those at the front-desk needs to be able to assess risk and determine when they should put a customer's comfort and convenience first.

“can't wait to go Back”

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Excellent service from the very beginning. I will definitely go back.

Right across from the dadeland mall. Great place to stay if you want to go shopping.
