“Terrible service.”
Rude staff, false charges to room despite the fact that it was paid for on expedia. Impossible to get a cab (staff forgot to call). Stay somewhere else!
“Good location”
Nice hotel with a very good location for visiting coco walk.
“Good stay but service was just acceptable”
We asked for more towels cos there was 4 of us in the room. The receptionsit gave us one more and said there is no more available.
“Not Impressed”
I was less than thrilled with this Courtyard. I've stayed at many Courtyards and Marriott needs to do a renovation of this hotel. The rooms were less than updated and lacking in style. The bathroom was extremely tiny and there was no vanity, only a small pedestal sink with very little room for toiletries. Sadly I was disappointed with this hotel all around. The location was wonderful and with valet only parking i was expecting much more. I do not plan on returning to this hotel on my next stay in Miami.
“nice hotel very convienience before the cruse”
we stay for 1 night before the cruse nice hotel neer the port. big room clean and very nice stuff.the parking is free from 10pm to 10am.
“Comfortable Hotel”
The hotel was a lot bigger than I expected. The valet parking employees as well as the person who greeted us were very friendly and courteous. While the view from our room wasn't the best, the room was very clean and cozy. There's a convenient Starbucks in the lobby as well as a snack area w/a microwave. There's also a Fresh Market location a block away offering many choices to eat. While this is not the Four Seasons, and it's not located in the South Beach strip, you do get your money's worth. Clean and comfy.
“Would definitely go back there. Lovely pool.”
Stayed here for one night in October. Loved the hotel and would stay here again. The lobby was lovely and the business centre all owed us to print off our boarding passes for our flight the net day. This was very useful for us and the first time that this has been made available free of charge.
“Great Coconit Grove location”
My Garmin had me take a round about route to the hotel but it is an easy walk to the center of Coconut Grove nightlife and restaurants. It has a classic Miami preppy lobby without all the Southbeach commotion. Parking was extra, which was my only complaint but the valets are very helpful.
“Above average”
The stay at the Marriott Courtyard was great. The people at front desk was very friendly. The only problem was parking. When you rent a room they should have FREE parking so remember when you book your room add 20.00 to the price if you are driving.
“Not Impressed”
Although, the hotel is within walking distances of CoCoWalk there really wasn't much else to do near the hotel. I had to tack on an additional expense and rent a car, in order to go to the nearest beach. Miami is 30 minutes by car and Ft. lauderdale is 40 minutes away.
