Congress Hotel South Beach's guest suites are housed in four separate buildings: three historical structures and one newer building. Individually designed suites are decorated in a sleek, modern style that features mod plastic chairs, platform beds, glass-topped tables, and modern art prints.

“Amazing!! Can't wait to go back!!”

This was my first trip to Miami and the experience far exceeded my initial expectations. The Congress Hotel is right in the middle of South Beach's thriving heartbeat. The hotel was clean, the rooms were affordable, the food was excellent (the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch), the roof top pool was amazing, the beach was just across the street and the hotel is close to everything. I can't wait to go back and I would recommend this hotel anyone!!

“Great location”

This hotel is in a really great location on Ocean Drive, within walking distance of most things. We had to ask someone though, where the hotel lobby was - it's not apparent from the street. The service here is very good - I called to have our bags taken to our room since we weren't going to be back before the luggage room closes at 11pm, with no problems. Everyone working here makes a real effort to please. Our room was spacious and bright but with views only of walls, walls and parking garage walls, we asked to change rooms, but the place was sold out. When the shower appeared to be broken, they sent a maintenance engineer up to show us how to work it - you pull a ring down directly at the faucet - who knew. It had a kitchen but only one mug for coffee, the noisiest hair dryer in the world and french doors on the bathroom. The room was clean and so was black vinyl couch, a handy thing for wardrobe sprawl. We got vouchers for free breakfast at the Kitchen restaurant out front - great omelets, great views - excellent deal. The roof deck pool is gorgeous with a wonderful relaxing view of the ocean, sadly it was just too windy that day for us to fully enjoy it!

“Good value, great location”

Had to make a last minute business trip and this came up as a great value. Excellent location, staff very helpful and accommodating, room had a great partial ocean view from the balcony, room could have been a little cleaner and updated with newer furniture but for the convenience, location, and value can be overlooked. I would stay again.

“Very good hotel, best location to stay in South Beach”

Location of hotel is extra ordinary 10 of 10. It is in the heart of south beach(SOBE).. you can walk to beach from hotel. just one minute. Get down the hotel & amazing restaurants, awesome food, mind blowing cocktails. This is hotel is part of art deco structure so it looks elegant from outside. Cleavlander is nearby, mango tropical is nearby so night owls will have best life. All rooms of hotels are relatively new, nicely designed, have microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric gas, coffee maker machine & yes basic utensils also. If you are staying here, you don't need car, you can just walk around everywhere on ocean drive,lincon road, washington ave. my only complain with the hotel is their housekeeping were very very slow. Even a request for sugar & creamer took 2 hrs for them. Room cleanliness were not upto the mark as if like management were not paying to housekeeping staff. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

“Amazing”

GREAT location, clean and large rooms, friendly staff who help when you need them but doesnt bother you otherwise. Bang in the middle of the party zone. We booked 3 rooms here and our stay was awesome! Worth every $$!

“I loved it there I can't wait to go back when the opportunity comes.”

I loved the hotel and the proximity to the beach. The service was really good .I loved that it was close to shopping and restaurants.The only problem i had was that the bed frame was too close to the bathroom and I had a little scratch on my leg. Overall it was great visit. Thanks.

Ocean Drive. I had just enough time to walk around the neighborhood and I loved it.

We loved the restaurants around and the food was good and the service good. It was sunday the area was packed with so much to see and so many restaurants to try.

Outdoors or beach

The beach was just across the street and there was music and dancing with so many people walking around. It was a family friendly atmosphere. Coming from New England It was like summer all over again! Loved it!

“Congress Hotel South Beach”

Perfect South Beach location right next to the Versace Mansion. The beach is just across the street and the hotel contracts with a vendor that provided free lounge chairs, unbrellas and towels which was great. The staff at the hotel and the beach always greeted me by name which I liked. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

South Beach for location, historical sights, diversity of people and cops everywhere 24/7 so I felt safe even walking the beach after midnight.
