“Not very good for this price”

“Not impressed”

Service was bad: Asked three times to change a light bulb and never happened while I was there. Upon checkin I was informed no pool for one day, no pool for three days The place is nicely decorated, common spaces and rooms. Rooms are small though, space for the bed and little else.

“Not Impressed”

Lets do the good first. The front desk was very friendly, the loby, bar and pool were nice. The bistro looked nice, but we didnt eat there. First thing we learned is when you get to a hotel at 9am and they say they already have a room ready, its probably not a good thing. First off the room was slanted, I mean noticably slanted, which was odd, but we figure no biggie we wont be in here most of the time anyways. The bathroom wasnt the cleanest, but not horrible. Our last night there we got back to our hotel and the cleaning person had been there, room was cleaned, went to get into bed and there were old blood stains (which was up by the pillows so its not like it wasnt noticable) on the sheets plus other random stains all over it. Gross! The cleaning people were gone for the night, but the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic and got us new sheets. Needless to say this is not a hotel we would be staying at again or reccomend to any of our friends or family.

“Will NEVER go back”

If you need a place just to sleep this place is ok. But for a nice hotel experience, two thumbs down! And location is not great nothing nice around.

“Do NOT Stay At Circa 39 Hotel | Avoid Like The Plague”

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and was welcomed by a dirty bathroom with old fixtures, stained bed sheets, and a TV that had static on every station. It wasn't so bad since this place is across the street from the beach, but after I left my room in the morning and returned at Noon to find my room "cleaned" after I certainly locked the door with my belongings missing and my leftovers eaten by what appeared to be a wild Raccoon. I would strongly recommend for any one to steer clear of this Establishment.

Very friendly staff, had problem with door lock and someone came right away to fix it. I also need directions more that once and they were always available to help. Great Service, great Staff, Thanks

“Not impressed at all.”

With all the hotels in the area you would expect that a smaller non chained hotel would do everything to compete. Not this place. Staff were the most rude people I have come across whilst traveling. Wouldn't even acknowlegde you when you walked in the door. Had to wait at reception for 5 minutes whilst th receptionist was sending text messages on her cellular phone. Being a hotel in the USA you would hope that English was the majority of staffs preferred language. Wrong. Majority of them struggled to understand it or speak it. Breakfast was part of the deal but after the first day of eggs that had been sitting for it seemed since the early 1960,s I tried my luck elsewhere. Rooms were old and in need of a revamp. Do yourself the favor of spending a couple more dollars and staying in a chained hotel closer to the action. Overall very disappointed at the hotel and the service provided.

Area recommendations

Miami is a great city. Get down to the beach and to the main streets and enjoy the show that is Miami.

“Small small room”

Overall an ok hotel, but the room with a king bed was SUPER small. We were only there one night, so it was fine, but would not have worked for a longer stay.

“"Way to small, not what was expected. Over priced for size and features"”

Pictures do not indicate how small rooms were. Breakfast was minimal. My master bedroom closet larger than room.
