“High rise living”

Beautiful setting. Well kept high rise appartments with undercover assigned parking. Welcome pack was very limited. It felt very safe to stay here. There was a guard on the gates 24/7. small shop on the complex. 20 minute stroll from the beach, restaurants and shops.

Area recommendations

This complex was north of the favoured area but it was easy to reach the south beach areas. Many of the South Beach hotels do not have parking or do with an expensive surcharge. for visiting South Beach there are parking meters available at an hourly charge. Lots of restaurants along Ocean Drive to eat.

“Would definitely stay again.”

Views were great! Location was great! Our room had a "funky" smell when we first checked in, but it wasn't a big deal. I think it was because the unit hadn't been rented in awhile, and it was just stale air. Stayed in a two-bedroom unit. The dual access to the balcony was a nice feature. The parkade was safe, and was very well lit (not to mention free). Didn't check out the pool or any of the facilities, so not sure what they were like. Would stay again if given the chance.

“very nice place but if something goes wrong theres no one to talk to”

the suite was nice but there was no hot water and it took four days to fix it. i was not happy with the customer service so if you need things done good luck.

“I just loved it”

I like the appartment, its furniture, and the comodity to have a washing machine and a dryer. Good place to have fun, work and rest. Silent . Easy to park. It needs only some more attention to cleanliness. I wil come back soon!!!!

“Nice Accomodations”

We had a one bedroom suite, with a lovely view on the 24th floor. The suite was clean and well maintained, the only negative was the hard mattress, it felt like a brick. There was no onsite management as these r apartments that are owned and managed by the Churchill Corp. Most of the other apartments are privately owned.

“A Beautiful spot to stay at!”

I loved the room we had...awesome view and couldn't cmplain much about the service...didnt really need much since my friends and I were always out and about. The beach is right down the block..its a little walk but since I'm from New York..the walk was nothing for us..lol My overall opinion is that the place is beautiful..its an apartment that you can say you can call your own until the day you leave. The room was clean when we gotten there...everything was already there for you to use. The closet in the master bedroom is a walk-in closet... I fell in love and you also get your own balcony entrance in that room. I referring to the two bedroom suite. SO stay at churchill...you wont regret it.

“Good value for money but soem small things what can be improved”

There were no chairs on the balcony. Balcony doors were not closing very well and by this, you could constant hear the noise of the traffic (room looked out over a main road)
