“Miami's first, but worst”

Hotel, lobby was fairly nice, not represented of the rest of the hotel. This is what we found when we checked into the room, the bathroom had not been cleaned, dirty towel on the sink, white dust and dry paint chips on the sink vanity and on the toilet paper roll holders. The ceiling vent just outside the bathroom leaked water on the floor, and around the metal grate it was black. It looked like they had tried to do some fixing up, but the baseboards, were uneven and very poorly matched with some places even missing. Bed was hard. But i must say the breakfast was adequate, coffee, juice, bagels and cream cheese and danishes. On that note it was not cheap, but i still would have expected more.

Area recommendations
This hotel is in South Miami, we were catching a cruise the next morning, and transfers were supplied for $15 per room. A bit far from the cruise port.

“Best kept secret should be kept a secret.”

Ceiling leaked,beds were uncomfortable,very dirty,discusting,downtown surrounded by parking lots,this is not a hotel ,should be under motel. Will never book there again.

“Best Miami Hotel”

Smells moldy when u walk in and outside the rooms. Pool was off limits with yellow tape for repairs

“It's good for a 1-2 night stay.Close to monorail,2-3blocks to restaurant. very clean”

The hotel needs some upkeep on the furniture in the rooms. No phone books or where to "go and eat" advertisements in the room. No postings in lobby of shuttle pick up. The Continental breakfast was ok.something to grab and go if your in a hurry. Two blocks away there are nice restaurants and shops. The monorail is 1 block away which takes you to downtown Miami. A long ways from airport, a $40.00 cab ride. I guess if you call them from airport when you arrive they will pick you up.

“Good hotel to spend the weekend in :0)”

“Do not stay here”

- Free Shuttle Broken - Shuttle only available till 9pm - rooms dirty - There was cochroaches in the room Will never stay here again

“Get as you pay...”

You get what you pay....! Although location is not that convenient, they have pick up / drop to MIA and port. Just keep in mind the shuttle time closes at 9.30pm. Rooms are clean, but surrounding is not that good. Breakfast is motel style.

“dont expect much!”

The service is terrible! The room was ok. The shower was dirty with mold. The room had no remote or iron and it was as simple as can be. I would not recommend this hotel. The only thing good about it is its location.

“Description and Photos are Such a LIE!!!”

I regret staying at this dump. Don't be fooled by the photos and description of this place. They are put together by a marketing guru. Pictures online looks great, but the place is a DUMP!!! Moldy Walls, Sticky Carpet, Pool out of order, Broken Shower Head, breakfast was horrible, customer service was non-existent, Neighborhood is scary, and the placed smelled of mildew!!!
