“Disgused from Quebec, Canada”

Nothing I have to say is good about this hotel. We did not have enough towels for the amount of people. The mattress was so old you did not even sleep comfortably. There was a party of young people approx. 15 of them across the hall from us and when we went to complain to the front desk our phone did not work. My husband had to go out in the hall and talk to them himself, 2 times before they left. Then they were in the parking lot outside our window for awhile. In the morning we complained to the front desk at check out and they did nothing for us. When we asked to speak to the manager we got that she was a church for the day. Neighborhood was shady at best. The grounds were not taken care off properly. The pictures posted to the internet did not give an accurate view of the hotel. The pool was not working either. Went for ice and not machine was working except for the front lobby. Even the lights at the main gate were not working, we almost went by the hotel, we should have kept going. Not a customer that will ever go back.

“There is absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel.”

Dirty. Poorly furnished. Inadequate lighting. Television in first room did not work. Phone in first room did not work and there was no phone in the second. Bathrooms had inadequate hand and bath towels. Carpet was filthy. Ice machines on every floor did not operate. In short, the hotel was a health hazard and should have been shut down.

“you get what you pay for”

If you need somewhere to house your belongings while your are out and about this would be the perfect place, it is precfectly located. However if your wanted some R & R this is not the best place; remote control didn't work half the time, hot water in the bathroom well you just have to wait...... there were no lamp in room had to go to front desk to get one. If your are taller than 5 feet forget using the bathroom sink. Some of the front desk clerk were helpful and then there were the others. Still waiting on hot water for shower.....................................

“Worst hotel experience of my life!”

This hotel was TERRIBLE. Our room was filthy, we did not have any of the ammenities that were listed on the website. There was no phone in our room, the tv did not work, there were no blankets, no ice bucket, no soap, only one towel and no telephone to call the front desk or housekeeping or anybody! We called the front desk from our cell phone and they told us to tell them what we needed because there was no one at housekeeping and after we called three more times we finally got a blanket but none of our other concerns were addressed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

“No internet!!!”

Room was clean, service, personnel were friendly, breakfast was okay, but internet could not be done in my room. I had to go out of the room to the lobby, to make use of the internet service. Most part of my work goes over the internet

“'OVER RATED"”

This hotel was sooo over rated and looked soo completely different from online when you're booking the room I was soo disgusted from the lobby to the rooms was a big disgrace and the neighborhood was not any better...i would definitely recommend anyone not to stay here no garden tub and no resort just a run dow hotel..family time here is a "No No!!" big time
