We stayed here for 10 days and it was exactly what we wanted. The room was spacious, and the kitchen had all the things we needed like a corkscrew, wine glasses, pans etc. There is a large grocery store right across the street. When there is a concert at the WTC it can be loud at night, but otherwise it is quiet. Excellent dining options within walking distance.

We arrived and had no towels, no bottled water, no soap, no tv , not what was described on site . Terrible shower head, difficult to shower , water splashing all over . Did not enjoy the room o e bit. Also very hot in the room, suffocating .

It is a perfect small Appartment with functioning kitchen. Easy for people with dietary restrictions. There is a grocery store across the street. Located on a quiet street within walking distance of World Trade Center

The suites are spacious and fully equipped. Very comfortable and beautifully kept. The bed was so comfortable! It is close to everything with a shopping centre across the street. I highly recommend!

Room looks new and clean, the problem is, it has no ventilation at all, no air conditioning or opening window. Shower door opens to Shower handle, so it’s impossible to reach it. I’d never stay here again.

Perfecto para viajes de negocios. La zona es tranquila pero hay algunos cafés y un pequeño centro comercial enfrente. Todo parece bien seguro. El wifi funciona bien. La sala de gimnasio deja que desear bastante. Tiene una terraza bastante bonita en la azotea. El apartamento es amplio, limpio y más funcional que la mayoría de otros que he visto en la ciudad.

Easy quick check in, friendly staff, spoke perfect English. They helped me keep my bags when I tried to check in early and helped store my bags after I checked out. Great shower pressure and temp. :)

Fuimos a la Mexico Tattoo Convention en el Pepsi Center, la ubicación fue increíble, hay muchísimos lugares alrededor y se puede caminar delicioso. El servicio también fue excelente! Prime location for longer stays
Hotel looks brand new and well maintained. Front desk and maintenance staff were extremely accommodative. If you don't speak spanish its a bit of problem communicating else no issues with hotel. For longer stays it is a very good option as it has a kitchen and suprema is right opposite and 20 minutes away from all the tourist attractions in Mexico city.

Of all the areas we could have chosen to stay for our brief visit to CDMX, I think Colonial Napoles was the most balanced. Flow suites was a home away from home. It was a nicely laid out condo style flat with a kitchen and several desk areas to do work with great work fi access throughout the building and responsive staff should you need anything. The top of the building was flush with sun every morning and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful start to the day in that setting. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely staff and December t facilities. However, two of the basics did not work up properly. Internet was horrible in my room and the water pressure in the shower was really poor. The hotel is located in a business district, therefore, they should pay better attention two the WIFI for example

Nice place but no A/C.
The hotel is modern and clean, with good service. Our only issue was that there was no A/C and so we had to open the window, which added noise. So this a good place to stay but probably would be hot in the summer.

Best location to Pepsi Center
Stayed here for business travel. Attended a convention at Pepsi Center, which was less than 1 block. It was more than a room, it was like a small apartment. It had a small kitchenette and living. Definitely will stay here again!

Not worth the cost
The cost of this Hotel is not worth it. Go someplace else for a better experience and service. This hotel should be much, much cheaper. I give it 2 stars. Outside noise was intense, couldn't sleep. No HVAC and it was freezing in the room, had to turn on kitchenette stove to warm it up. The "breakfast" was on the roof and totally a joke. My main go to Hotel was booked up and had to stay here, I travel to Mexico City a lot. Advised my company to take this hotel off the list.

THE HOTEL IS NOT SAFE. THE BUILDING WAS COLLAPSING
THE ROOMS ARE OK, BUT THE BUILDING IS NOT SAFE. THERE WAS AN EARTHQUAKE IN MEX ON SEPT 19, AND THIS HOTEL IS NOT READY FOR THIS KIND OF SITUATION. THEY DON'T HAVE A BACKUP POWER SOURCE, THEIR STRUCTURE WAS NOT MADE FOR A CITY WITH POSSIBLE EARTHQUAKES. THERE WERE CRACKS ALL OVER THE PLACE (ON THE STAIRS, ON THE WALLS, ON THE FLOORS), A PIECE OF THE BALCONY HAD FALLEN ON THE STREET, THERE WERE DAMAGES ALL AROUND MY ROOM. THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS NOT OPENING... THE ROOF OF THE BATHROOM HAD SOME DAMAGES MAKING IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE BATHROOM DOOR... I COULD NOT STAY INSIDE THAT BUILDING.... I PUT MY STUFF TOGETHER, ASKED THE MANAGER (OR AT LEAST HE SEEMED TO BE THE MANAGER BECAUSE THERE WAS THIS GUY TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE HOTEL LIKE HE WAS THEIR BOSS) TO DO MY CHECKOUT BECAUSE I COULD NOT STAY THERE... HE SAID IT WAS OK, BUT THEY WOULD DO IT AFTER THE POWER COMING BACK... TODAY, 1 WEEK AFTER, I AM STILL WAITING BY PAYMENT REVERSAL AND THE INVOICE FOR THE NIGHTS I SPENT THERE.... NO SUPPORT FROM THE HOTEL NEITHER FROM EXPEDIA. I HAVE PHOTOS OF THE PLACE WITH ALL THE MESS THAT WAS INSIDE... DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE, STAY IN A BETTER HOTEL.

Hello Mr. Leandro We greatly appreciate your comment and have chosen our hotel during your stay in Mexico City. Unfortunately as everyone knows Mexico City on September 19th suffered a strong earthquake. With respect to your comment I allow you to make of your knowledge that our building did not suffer structural failure as you comment it, after the seismic event we were called to the task of calling our team of consultants under construction and the people who are currently building us other buildings in the city of Mexico and a detailed review of the structure and it does NOT present any flaws, all the cracks you comment on are only plastered walls without representing this risk for both the building and guests. In addition we have received the visit of several inspectors from the Civil Protection of the city and have also reviewed the building without any damage that represents risk for our guests, employees or neighbors, if this was the way the building would be closed. That is why I would like to confirm to you that our facilities are able to continue to operate and the details of cracks in plaster and finishes are already working on them. Also we already process your refund to your account. We thank you again for your preference and look forward to seeing you again soon in our hotel. Sincerely.

its was a pleasant stay.... with all facilities.... The furniture is a bit old... but the renovation was in full swing at my time.... rooms are spacious good wifi.... perfect value for money looking at the location..... Breakfast could have been much better...

Hotel is a dump. For that price stay someone else. Customer service sucks. Girl at front desk didn't make any effort to speak English. Sheets and towels are clean. The whole living room furniture is stained. Breakfast is snack not breakfast .

Though the Hotel very small in size the local is Great. Just across the Road a big mall is situated. It was so useful to us that everything including food was avaliable at the mall at 11 pm. also. The neighbour hood was very elite and away from the main road but one minute walk to World Trade Centre and buzy shoping centres.

These apartments are pleasant enough for people who need the convenience of a one bedroom apt. The street is a bit hard to find, but only about 2-3 blocks from the metrobus on Insurgentes. right behind the World Trade Center. Care and maintainence of the property is ok, not great. Hotel service is limited.

Perfect for the first night in DF
We came off a long plane ride and just wanted somewhere to stay relatively close to the city and our next apartment. The suites were great and we arrived late at night and it was no trouble, perfect for what we needed and so relieved to sleep on a nice bed!
