We've stayed at this hotel several times, it's very well located but they really need to invest in a thorough renovation. It's a hotel from the 80s and 90s, and the carpeting, wallpaper and rooms are really dated. What's more, the restaurant is frankly not very good. We went outside to have breakfast.

Housekeeping supervisor needs to knock at doors before trying to get in the rooms because she was always trying to open my room without knocking my door! Once my door was opened but when the person realized that I was in the room he/she disappeared without saying anything!! Other than that, all good 👍

My restroom had a whole on the ceiling covered with a wet paper. My toilet was broken, every time i flushed water will come out. The front desk ladies weren’t nice at all. Everyone else was very nice and helpful.

Don’t stay here the hotel is very old and dirty. The room was dirty and the entire building is tilted due to the earthquakes and it is very hard to sleep like that. You feel you are dizzy at all times.

The hotel is very close to the center (shopping, museums) and has several eateries nearby. A PLUS is that there are private taxis outside the hotel and that makes it easier and safer to get around. Price is excellent!

Was terrible paid for the Penthouse loft and many of the curtain shutters were missing and easy to see into the room from other rooms with lights on so had to do everything in the dark. Also no Kleenex was left in restroom and only two towels for shower . Totally not worth it and will not be staying here again
