“Luxury at its best”
The hotel is luxurious in every way: furnitures, granite countertops and wood all around. Service is impeccable. Food is delicioso, Personnel know us by our names. friendliest, we have ever encounter in our travels "Turn down" in the evening spoiled us and look forward to it every night.
“The services is extremely bad”
Its the service the last thing they haveít, the attention, the process , the valet parking, the SPA, the restaurant .. in all of ten i don't recommend never !!!
“great stay”
I have stayed here twice in 2011. Great hotel, great people, and very good location for my business. I walked for 3to 4 blocks around the property, very good restaurants and a few bars. I felt safe and had some great food. Food at the hotel was good also. I have seen reviews that mentioned that the taxi service was expensive from the hotel, $21 bucks to the airport was not that bad in my mind.
“excellent horel”
The hotel location is very convenient and friendly atmosphere. I would definitly recomment.
“Good Value”
The hotel was very nice and had all services I expected. All of the staff were terrific and the food at the restaurant was very good. I would criticize the size of the room (small-ish) and the layout of the tub/shower ... very difficult to get in and out of without falling (and I'm NOT that old). Oddly enough, not a single driver that did not work for the hotel, knew where it was. None. I think some promotion among the taxi association needs to be done. Thank goodness I had an idea of where I was. Took me nearly an extra hour one day alone.
“Mexico City Trip”
The only problem we had was the hotel pool was not excessable to our children (ages 11 and 13). When we went to use it, we were told that it was part of the spa and could not be used by guests under the age of 18. Needless to say, our children were disappointed. The Expedia website never indicated that the pool was not part of the hotel. Also, know that there is a per day fee to just use the pool.
“Pricey and not good enough”
It is a very nice hotel , very safe, very convinient but the service could be better. Im sure there are many foreign guest yet ,they could never call me Mrs instead of Mr. At the Caviar bar, my credit card was charged for a wrong amount, then a manger cancel the transaction and charged it again ,then for a reason don´t know, they cancel it again! third time was a charm but this mistake of them had my over 200 USD, held up for 15 days. The gym was supposed to be working at 6 am but is not plus, of 7 machines (elyptical and treadmills) they have, 2 were broken down. Coffee is a huge deal, no a single complimentary cup, but 2.5 USD each. Bottom line, expect this fancy hotel to be pricey but don´t expect an exceptional serivce in exchange.
“very upscale”
very nice hotel but really is not for families. mostly business clients. the only negative about the hotel is the indoor pool. we specifically picked this hotel so my kids could swim in their pool. however, upon arrival we were told it was for adults only. this was never mentioned on their website or anywhere else. the service was great as was the food!
“" A great quite hotel in the middle of the busttling City"”
I have stayed in this hotel many times before, and I always return because, the service is reliable. I feel very safe and almost at home because of the friendliness of the staff. You cannot go to your room without using the guest card. This is very important for me because most of the time I travel alone. The spa and gym are excellent, and the food is pricey, but very adequate. Location is excellent. Restaurants and shopps are within walking distance, I even walk to Colonia Condesa. My husband and I and have walked from the hotel to the historic district (downtown). Strolling Reforma Avenue is very interesting. I hiighly recommend this hotel.
“Perfect”
My family had a very nice time at the hotel and in Mexico city
