Horrible experience, paid the stayed but didn’t stay due to poor service by staff. After a long trip and tired the last thing I wanted to hear is that I needed to wait and an extra $500 pesos to get a sofa bed. The receptionist attitude was rude and condescending which was not appreciated.

Place was new and nice. But the elevator didn’t work for 3 days I stayed. Found hairs all over the bed at arrival. Had an ant invasion that bit me all over, they couldn’t take care of it, couldn’t change room. They didn’t want to talk about it with expedia. Nice facilities, really bad service.

The stay at Isaaya Hotel was very pleasant. The stay almost felt as if we were the only ones staying at the hotel. There was no loud noises from people coming and going, no loud music, no kids yelling. They had an elevator and stairs to access each floor. Each floor had bottled water and wrapped apples. The hotel was clean and very modern, employees spoke both spanish and english, and the restaurant (Anyuna) had a very delightful breakfast. The hotel is located directly across from the Pepsi WTC Center, however there was minimal noise coming from the streets. I would definitely saty again.

Great boutique hotel, near WTC, best restaurants walking distance as well as more simple still very good restaurants in the neighborhood. The two people that we met at the front desk were so helpful and well mannered. Price was good!!!

Great comfort and quality for the price.
The location is great. You don't have to walk far to get what you need. The hotel is located in a central location that makes uber travel relatively inexpensive. The staff was excellent. A little weird that they lock the front door to the hotel at night but you get over it quickly. Just the sheer elegence of this place is awesome. The price for this level of comfort and quality is great. The huge balcony is a great addition. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel is in a great area and great value for the cost of stay. The only thing we experienced that was a slight downfall was, they didn't have toothbrushes available and when we asked for another robe (there is only 1 in the room) they gave us one was still wet/damp around the neck. A little more attention to details go a long way in the hotel industry. Overall, I would stay again if I am back in that area.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Isaaya Hotel
Super clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Excellent room size with comfortable bed and large shower. Restaurant food and drinks were amazing!! Staff made us feel like family and were very attentive. WTC, restaurant's, shops, banks and grocery store all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.
