“Great location”

The hotel is 15 mins from the Zocalo and very near to the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Staff are friendly and the rooms are good quality. It's a big Hilton hotel so we didn't expect any surprises. It was everything we expected.

“Don't look any further. The Mexico City Hilton Reforma is the best Hilton of its category”

Everything is perfect, from the staff to the premises and the location. My room was fantastic; the breakfast was perfect, the gym and spa very good. Staff always polite and very helpful. The only things that could improve are the quality of the complimentary soap and maybe the coffee. All in all 9.5 out of 10.

“Straightforward stay”

Only complaint is the policy of charging for wifi internet. Other than this the stay was comfortable, all the facilities in good working order, and a good location. Not perfectly soundproof, but in the centre of the city you expect bass boom sound from the clubs 20 floors below to reach you.

“Good Hotel , bad location for night time”

The Hotel is great and at the offer price couldnt be refused. You are in the historic center of Mexico. It is fine for during the day. It is not adviseable to walk around once the sun has gone. If you are going to Mexico City you need to stay some where near the world trade center , this is the best location. If you would like to walk out of the hotel during the night time.
