“Very Central”

Literally 2 mins from the Central Plaza and Templo Mayor Museum. There is a lot of noise from the street at nightime - our room was at the front of the hotel - so if you are a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room away from the street. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is above average.

“Great Hotel, good experience, very satisfied, kid friendly!”

We are very happy with our stay. The hotel is very kid friendly. this was the only hotel we could find that allowed 5 people per room, two adults, three kids. the room had two queen beds, and in a separate room the sofa couch turned into another bed. there were even two tv's. one in each room, which is a must for those with kids. they hotel even allows outside food in the room which is a must for kids who are picky eaters. we would def. stay there again, no doubt. two blocks away from the Zocalo, and 3 blocks from the tourist bus we wanted to catch. there are many local restaurants to eat at, all within walking distance. the hotel restaurant was great as well, very accomodating to our kids. the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and something for everyone which runs from 6 am to 10 am. The hotel is very well guarded, making you feel safe during your stay, but not unfriendly. the hotel staff was always friendly and accomodating. the staff answered all our general questions about where to eat and their opinions were accurate. the price was as stated when we booked our reservation. no hidden fees as well. our room that we requested was as stated. we were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

“Wonderful stay in DF!!”

After a mix-up with our room, the staff was nothing more than gracious in making our stay a pleasant one. The lobby, and beautiful stained glass ceiling were impressive. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was central to the zocalo and plenty of historical sites. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet until 10am daily, which helped set us off each morning. In the lobby, there is 24 hour coffee carafe self-service, which we took advantage of daily, since it was so tasty. We had family come visit, so we took advantage of the rooftop terrace to hang-out for a couple of hours. The room exceeded our expectations, with its modern decor, and wonderfully comfortable bed! We had dessert in the Garabatos and it was delicious! Also ate at the seafood restaurant, and enjoyed a michelada there! Definitely recommend this place, as we are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly and they were always available to help. The room and facilities were perfect. Could not ask for more. It also was an excellent value and included breakfast every morning. Would definately staff there again and recommend it to others!

“Mexico City's Greatest Hotel!”

This is an excellent hotel! It is brand new (about 2 yrs), great location, great breakfast, wonderful staff - it is truly a great option to stay in Mexico City. I traveled with my husband and 2 small children (ages 7y and 9mo) and I was very concerned with our safety, the hotel arranged for our taxi transfers and the taxi driver that dropped us off also picked us up, we just told them the time when he had to come back to get us. We really had a great time!
