“Good value, clean, good location”
This hotel is close to Sevilla subway station in Zona Rosa with easy access from the airport and within walking distance from the lively and safe streets of Zona Rosa. The room was large and very clean, the staff was helpful. A few small annoyances: wifi is free only in lobby; the key to the in-room safe needs to be requested from the concierge; couldn't find ice-cubes on our floor.
“Good location and value”
Hotel was conveniently located in Zona Rosa. Weather was chilly and hotel did not have heat. Staff immedidiately sent up an electric heater. We stayed on the executive floor which came with free Wi-fi and continental breakfast. Staff was most helpful.
“Yes But”
Galeria Plaza is an adequate business hotel, good location in the middle of the "Pink Zone" which means week-ends can be noisy. Room size can range from adequate to very small. Food can be poor, but improving of late to adequate (plenty eating options in the neighborhood). Has an outdoor roof pool, which is impossible to swim in because they have divided it with a cement barrier. Staff is good, tourist taxi staff outside the hotel are outstanding.
“Well located, clean, and good staff.”
I normally stay in Polanco but opted for (much) cheaper accommodations this time. This hotel is nice. It is well located, within walking distance of food options in the Zona Rosa and just a block from Mexico City's largest vegetarian restaurant. The staff is friendly and does not seem to expect a tip for every little thing, as is common in the larger Polanco hotels.
“Don't stay there”
Great hotel, but they charge 210 pesos par day for internet access. What a rip off.
“I will go back”
I would recommend this hotel
“Almost good but Internet access bad”
Very good hotel with good location. But unfortunately, high speed internet access was pretty bad. Wi-Fi availabale, but it was often connected failed. So stress...
“Air contioning system needs to be renovated!”
Nice hotel, strongly recommend. But make sure your AC works well, otherwise change room. They help you.
“It's not a 4 star hotel...but it's close to everything.”
This hotel must have been great when it was new, decades ago. It's certainly not a 4 star hotel. I would give it 2 or 3 stars... The rooms are very small, our sheets were stained with blood!!! A kind maid changed the sheets promptly when we complained. The location is great, it's quiet and if you pay a decent rate, it's worth it
“Very Good Hotel in a Good Location”
The 11st floor with special services is excelent
