“Good location - good price”

My daughters and I found the hotel comfortable and convenient (one of the few which accomodated 3 adults in a room) with very personable and helpful staff. The breakfast was adequate.

“Great hotel for the money”

We were treated like family. Front desk staff took great care of us each day making sure that we had everything we needed, helping us make arrangements, phone calls, and even researching topics on the internet. The location is great near transportation and very safe environment. The buffet breakfast was adequate, but nothing spectacular. Internet service was adequate for family use, but would not support VOIP. We would definitely stay here again.

“a quality hotel in Mexico City area reforma”

The reform eurostar hotel is well located in the reform a few blocks from many places of tourist interest and financial support, the attention in estubo exelente hotel room was comfortable and its employees were very nice with an excellent service and to take The breakfast option is better as it is mixed with fresh and quality I recommend this hotel for convenience, service employees and good location if I have to go back to mexico city certainly would return to this hotel.

“Wonderful Hotel Staff”

The hotel staff was wonderful. There is great daytime and nightime manager who bend over backwards to get you whatever you need. They helped me, at 3am, get extra seats on a tour for 9am that same morning. All nice and comfortable taxis were available at requested hours. I have visited many hotels in my travels and would rate this to be one of the best. Hope to return in the near future.

Area recommendations

Reforma Boulavard - well lit and safe neighborhood with plenty of security. The nightlife is awesome with plenty of great places to eat and readily accessible malls.

Getting around

Use the hotel taxis or tour guides. They keep a close record and have own staff ensuring your delivery and safety.

“Good value, great location”

The hotel is half a block from Reforma, and only 2 blocks away from the Independence monument. Across Reforma is the Zona Rosa, Thus, as far as I was concerned, the location was perfect. There were several dining options nearby, ranging from hole-in-the-wall eateries to fancy restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was good, but not outstanding. However, it's hard to underestimate the convenience of having that every day.

Area recommendations

The Zona Rosa and the Zocalo (main square) are the obvious recommendations. However, the neighborhood where the hotel is located is pretty interesting too, and has some nice places to eat. Not too far are Colonia Condesa and Polanco, which have great places to hang out.

“Pleacently Surprized by good service and comfort.”

I was pleacently surprised on how nice the hotel is, it has been refurbhed and was nicely done. The staff was very nice and the area was perfect for us. A large shopping center right across the street. Reforma street half a block from the hotel. The room was cozy and very comfortable.

“Convenient Downtown Mexico City Hotel in Zona Rosa”

Hotel Eurostar is locted in the Zona Rosa. The entrace is non-assuming, very plain. Despite this initial impression it is fine hotel. Access to the metro is good (within 5 minutes walking) ad there are plenty of restaurants in this bohemian area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel also offers several services to its guest at no dditional fees, such as WI-FI, a basic gym, and breakfast. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Area recommendations

The hotel is within walking distance of Avenida La Reforma and the metro. It is convenient for tourists and business travelers doing business in La Zona Rosa and/or Polanco.
