“Very Very Impressed”
Location of the hotel is fairly good, very safe neighborhood - a lot of things to see/do by foot. FREE Internet and TV with quite a few American/European channels. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. You can book all tours within hotel and tour operate suggested by hotel was amassing - great time!!! Hotel stuff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back!!!!
“Luxury in the centre of Mexico City”
This hotel is 5* luxury and service for a very affordable price. The staff are helpful, friendly and approachable. The rooms a cosy and inviting. Food in the restaurant is superb, especially the breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again as it's located in an ideal place for sight seeing and my 2 week stay was made by this lovely hotel, Reforma.
“good overall”
The hotel was clean - the staff were helpful and the hotel is coveniently located for the Zona rosa, historic quarter and other tourist areas. one word of caution - taxi's booked by the hotels porters were almost twice as expensive as white taxis booked through other hotels, no idea why. otherwise a very good experience.
“Great and budget place to stay in main city district”
Good hotel with decent staff and helpful. Although the rooms are small comparison to other similar hotels but the price takes care of that !!
