“Nice hotel”

If you use the Metro, don't go to Juarez station. You have to walk througth a pretty rough neighborhood. Use either Revolucion or Hidalgo station. I think Revolucion station is closer. It is about 10 minutes walk.

“great location”

Let me start by saying that the lobby is small and not impressive. The bar is also very small but had a very nice variety of high quality beverages. The rooms are very nice, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. 3 elevators, all very fast and working!! The heated pool + jacuzzi area were very nice and clean, they have beach towels and the ambiance is comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I can be ok with the unimpresive lobby in lieu of the location...It was very centrally located and easy access to get a taxi, a bus or just walk to a landmark. Will definitely return and stay at this Hotel!

This location is very centrally located to go to Zocalo, Condesa, Zona Rosa and Chapultepec and even Santa Fe(not walking)

“Experience Mexico at its best”

The hotel is up to Hilton standards, located on Reforma Ave. where I and my companion stumbled into parades, bicycle routes and and European street in the middle of a Latino city. Great vacation.

Area recommendations

Just immerse yourself in the Mexican culture: Chapultepec, Zocalo, Zona Rosa (a mostly gay, but not exclusively so neighborhood), Coyoacan, Viveros de Coyoacan, San Angel (Altavista St.), Polanco (great restauraunts).

When to go

I was there in October, sunny and clear skies, if there is pollution in Mexico City it was impossible to be noticed.

“Very good hotel for the price”

The only weakness is that it is far away from the metro station. The personnel is very attentive. They charge the taxi between the hotel and the airport much higher that the local companies. Breakfast is OK but very scarce cheese and ham.

This is the perfect hotel if you are traveloing to Mexico City, alone, for the first time. I would gladly return.

Area recommendations

I visited areas as part of tours arranged by the hotel. I would highly recommend a visit to Diego and Frida Kahlo's Museum/Home and an excursion to Xochimilco.

“Fantastic hotel with unbelievable service”

Absolutely brilliant hotel in every respect. Great rooms (well suites really) and excellent service from all the staff. Wonderful breakfasts and the on-site restaurant is very good.

Centro Historico - interesting walk from hotel Paseo del Reforma - hotel situated on it and a great stroll down to Chapultapect Park Museo Anthropologia - fantastic museum Museo Soumaya - brand new and contains the collections of Carlos Slim, the richest man in the world.

“Superb customer service”

We spent four nights at the Embassy Suites and could not have been more pleased. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast buffet was great - fresh fruit, eggs any style, waffles, etc. - and the customer sevice was outstanding. When the coffee maker broke, my husband advised the front desk and within 10 minutes a new machine arrived. The food and service in the hotel restuarant - Evita - was also excellent. The concierge provided a driver/tour guide when we wanted to visit the pyramids. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke excellent english.
