“Business Traveler approved”

This is a comfortable hotel for a business traveler. There were a few issues. I use a machine next to my bed that must be plugged in and the room had no plug next to the nightstand. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they had maintenance CREATE the capability for me in another room and moved me. It was a little bothersome, but they met my needs. While I was there four nights, the hotel was not very busy. Less traffic means less things happening in the lobby area. Restaurant was decent food, but the omelet chef could use some additional experience. Across the street was a very inexpensive but AWESOME traditional Mexican food restaurant! Service was superb, food was great (I ate there several times) and the ambiance was upbeat! I would stay here again.

“Crown Plaza Tlalnapanta - Just don't do ita”

I expected the level of quality similar to many Crown Plazas where I've stayed in the past. This particular hotel seems to be stuck in the 70's. The food at the cafe near the registration desk is what I imagine prison food is like. they were supposed to pick me up at the airport but no one showed. I'll never stay here again.
