“Clean Bed and Linens every night for reasonable price. Be aware of hotel taxi changing price.”

This is our 3rd year staying at Corinto. We will most definitely be back next year. We are from Mexico City, therefore is easy for us to take the subway and buses everywhere. We usually hire a private taxi company for safety. But this year, we used for the first time the Hotel Taxi to take us back to the airport. The rates are clearly posted in the entrance and we confirmed with reception the pricing. When we approached the airport, the driver said that the fare was double because he was driving a van. Be aware, and do not let them stiff you. We will not use them again. I do not like when they become greedy. Hotel however, is clean as always. Food was also, better than previous years. Try to walk to Reforma avenue and take the big buses. They are safe. Or take the subway too.

“HOT N STICKY”

THE ROOM WAS SMALL BUT THE DOUBLE BED JUST SEEMED SMALLER? THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND THE ROOF TOP WOULD CLOSE AT 8PM. THE ROOM WAS BARELY AIR CONDITIONED...A COUPLE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. WE CALL THE FRONT DESK TO TURN UP THE A\C....THEY BROUGHT US UP A FAN??? THAT WAS THE SOLUTION??? AND A CHARGE FOR POOR INTERNET SERVICES.

“Well worth the price”

The pool was tiny, but usually without people, so that was nice. The room was alright, the airconditioning was a plus due to the heat, and the location can't be beat.

“Would stay here again.”

The price of the stay here is very reasonable for its location and cleanliness. The location is perfect for sightseers. IT is near the metro and walking distance to most things located in the immediate center. There weren't many great places to eat around there but since we were out sightseeing that didn't matter too much., The hotel has a great restaurant on the lobby level. There are a couple internet cafes near the hotel as well. The people at the front desk weren't very friendly, but that is due to a culture difference, not rudeness. They clean the rooms everyday. They have a safe in the closet which is 200 peso, about 19 dollars depending on the rate. Rooms were very simple but who stays in on vacation? :) Overall I was pleased.

Area recommendations
Zocalo, Alameda Central, Bosque de Chapultepec, San Angel, Coayacan. These areas have museums and parks that are very beautiful. San Angel and Coayacan are right off the metro lines. These are upper class neighborhoods and are very picturesque. They have good food and museums as well.
Must see
Bosque de Chapultepec: has one of the best anthropology museums I have ever seen. In the park there is a pond where you can rent a little foot paddling boat. Also there is a castle that was once a military academy. Great food, street shows, gardens, museums, and a zoo!

“2 blocks from reforma.. GREAT”

Hotel was great and great price... love the swimming pool at the top of the building was really close of the metro stations and near la reforma.. well i love it people on the hotel was nice.. The service was good nice beds not to bright but i dont care.. well i should come back in case i needed.. thanks

“Just good area...”

The best part of the hotel is the position, close to Bellas Artes (10 - 15 min by walking) and historical center. Nervertheless, the price/service is too high, for that price I expect better services ( there is no internet free and few TV channels ).

Traveller's tip
A main street is close to the hotel and from here is easy to find out how to get to "Bellas Artes" and "Alameda Central" by just walking few minutes.
