“OK if you can't find anything else...”
This place was OK, but not amazing. We stayed there two nights and it was nice to actually have a fridge to keep snacks in. The service was average, and don't expect taxi drivers to know where this place is. It's definately somewhere you could stay if you were in Mexico City for a long period but there are better places if you're only staying for a few nights.
“Great safe location for a great price!”
The location was great, 1 mile walk (25min) from Zona Rosa, 5 Minute walk to metro and Reforma, Between 10$-20$ taxi ride to the airport! all around awesome! HOWEVER.... The room we got was a standard King room... the bed was extremly weird since it was two twins stuck together, whenever my boyfriend tried to cuddle me, he fell thru the crack. The bathroom was 2 star... only soap given, very uncomfortable shower and towels. NO view whatsoever. No breakfast, no business center, however wireless Internet is free. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone other than people needing a budget clean place...
“wont go back!”
doesnt look nothing like the pictures.., staff is very rude and the beds are hard... the celaing is falling down and there was NOT flat screen tv at all!! the "king size bed" was not a king bed it was 2 regular beds put together!... I wont go back!
“Excellent service and excellent price”
Excellent service and price
“ok”
Take shampoo and lotion they do not give any and ask for a mattress pad upon check in
“Good hotel for the price but not too good of a neighborhood”
Overall and for the price is an excellent option if you are on a tight budget, the neighborhood isn't that great or safe specially at night just becarefull. Don't choose the package with breakfast included as it is not worth it, as the room has a kitchen is better to buy groceries and cook, also there are plenty of places with in walking distance to eat. Bed is extremely uncomfortable too hard at least for me, don't expect ammenities just a small soap for hands. Also I wouldn't recommend taking a taxi on the street, take it from the hotel, they will help call one, staff really helpful and friendly.
“Will be staying on next trip”
The hotel was just as it was in the pictures (even though I would have liked more pictures of the rooms). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Performing duties such as calling us taxis, recommending clubs and restaurants. The room we stayed at needed a new shower head, but other than that it was just fine. Hope this was helpful to you guys :)
“Would go back”
I found it to be very close for what I was there for. Many nice places to eat and stores not to far away. Quiet at night and spacious room. Cable was good some channels not clear. Room was clean and had all I needed for my stay. Basics were covered and that is the important factor of a hotel stay. Can't control everything.
“Would stay here if I wanted a 2-star hotel”
The location is very good...walking distance to everything I needed.....felt safe....friendly staff....clean. The problem that I had with this hotel was the rating of it. It would be a nice 1 or 2 star hotel.....but not close to a 3-star. The TV stations were limited and the picture very fuzzy. The continental breakfast offered for a price was nothing more than cereal and toast.
“will go back again & again!”
greaft hotel, fabulous staff! t.Given upgrade to room with a kitchen, store right outside, saved bunches on eating out.
