“GREAT OPTION”
NICE HOTEL, NICE RESTAURANT, BEST LOCATION FOR BUSINES AND SHOOPING.
“Not particularly impressed, but not bad either”
The Hotel has clean, comfortable rooms. The location is great, close to Santa Fe's best Restaurants and the best Shopping Center in Mexico City. Service is OK but not impressive. We dined once at the Restaurant for breakfast, but the food was underwhelming and the cost exorbitant . We ended up eating breakfast at a Starbucks half a block from the Hotel every day. Internet service is sub-par, with service unreliable at our Room. I will try Santa Fe Sheraton Suites next time I travel to Mexico City. (its located next to the Camino Real)
“Noisy”
Hotel staff did not stop the noise that was keeping me awake at night.
“Excelent service, Excelent price.”
Friendly personel and willing to service.
“Camino Real Mexico”
The only inconvenience was that the cleanning lady openned the door to check the room at 8:30 AM
“Camino Real Santa Fe”
Near the hotel there are many restaiurants and a mall.
“Excellent Business Location and Elegant Simplicity”
Hotel is very new, well designed, large bathrooms, great desk in the room. A great overall experience if you need to be in the business sector of Santa Fe. Great restaurants across the street, easy to go in and out.
“Nice and comfortable.”
The hotel is comfortable and well situated. You can find good restaurants close by. A very good shopping mall is not far by car. It is a good option if you have to be around the area.
“Good Hotel, Well located, and great Lounge”
The Hotel has all the services, and amenities for the buisness treveller, good food and a great place to have a drink on top of the Hotel, If you get a good deal is a nice place to stay in the Sta Fe area in Mexico City
“Awesome Hotel, a bit pricey though...”
Was very pleased with accomodations except that I was not pleased that there was no ice machine and the breakfast buffet was more expensive than the dinner I had the night before. The location is very safe, but no fast food joints to eat at, the one store that saved me which is down the block from the hotel is "thank heaven for 7-11!"
