“Not bad”

The hotel is clean and has good restaurant choices. Some rooms can be subject to loud music in the evenings. Wish it had a sauna. Check-in can be a bit of a wait, but staff are very courteous.

“food to elaborated”

wish the food would've been less elaborated, more mexican traditional in the mexican restaurant. My room was pretty noisy because of the raffic. every thing else was really fine.

“Not impressed - hallways very dark - hotel looks dated”

Will probably not stay there again. The AC in the rooms are set a 71 degrees and the guest cannot lower it - during the morning the AC jumps automatically to 73 degrees - nothing the guest can do about it. My room had no view, facing a blank wall.

Area recommendations
Polanco - safety - proximity to restaurants - can walk by yourself

“Adequate accommodation”

I stayed at this hotel because it was chosen by a group I was meeting with. It was nothing to write home about. It has a rather chaotic architecture with broad steps in the entry where there should be ramps. The rooms were clean. The reception was keen to up-sell expedia customers to higher levels of service (but I didn't hear any takers). The concierge desk was helpful in providing local information.

“Not bad for the price”

We got an upgrade for a little more to a remodeled room. New carpet and new TV but nothing else. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood - Polanco - and that is a plus. It has good restaurants and a 24 hour one that is very good. Yes, I would stay again because of the location.

Area recommendations
This is a very good neighborhod but remember that Mexico City is so big that if it is business trip, stay close to where you are going.
Dining
Close is an excellent restaurant named Puerto Madero which I highly recommend.

“beautiful hotel”

Well run, pleasant and in great condition. The only defect is that the pool is overheated and some kind of vegetation grows at the bottom in spite of the fact that they clean the pool every day. Otherwise, very satisfied with this hotel
