“Excellent value”

Novotel Nancy Centre exceeded our expectations, big comfortable and clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and some surprise benefits such as coffee and cake each morning in the reception area. It is also well-located, a pleasant 15-minute walk into the centre of Nancy. We would certainly stay there again.

“Novotel in Nancy - great”

The hotel is very nice - not far from the center of town but surrounded by a nice park/plaza. The rooms are extremely well designed - almost Oriental in flavor and in their use of space. We loved it.

This hotel's location seemed ideal to us. We are not familiar with any other part of Nancy,.

Getting there

Just a word of caution: driving in this area of France at night is not a great deal of fun. The highways are unlighted, for the most part, and the lanes are not marked with luminescent paint, so on a dark night (and particularly if it is raining, as it was when we went), it is extremely difficult to see the road.

“Highly recommended”

The room was renovated with nice furniture. It was very comfortable and we only stayed one night but we could stay longer! Highly recommended, if you want a quiet night.

“Friendly, Helpful and Comfortable”

Great staff, very helpful, especially Julian. The rooms are large and well laid out. The neighborhood location has all the amenities for an extended stay and still within walking distance of the old town. With the Expedia price, this was a super value! Hopeful, the purchase by Novotel will be a positive.

“accueil et confort très bien, un peu loin du centre sans voiture”

très bien mais il s'appelle "novotel centre" et il n'est pas exactement au centre ville, même s'il n'en est pas loin; les novotels etant souvent excentrés, sans doute considèrent-ils que celui-ci est au centre. Mais, encore une fois, l'accueil, les services et le confort des chambres sont très bons.

“Pratique avec un bebe”

Friendly service. Practical with a baby, we even borrowed the hotel high chair one evening. Restaurant around the corner, so we were able to go out for dinner while our baby was sleeping.
