“I'll use Residhomes again”

This hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Nancy centre. it is very convenient with easy parking outside (no need to pay) and a good Leclerc supermarket open until 7.30pm two minutes away. I booked a studio room for my wife and me which we thought was well thought out. We found the bed comfortable and the room had adequate space when the bed was folded to a sofa. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism would be that the nights we stayed the temperature was 32c plus and the rooms do not have A/C. However, given the low prices for rooms, this is not unreasonable. A big plus, the breakfast is excellent. Fresh made pain de tradition, good ham, eggs, still warm croissant from the local boulangerie. As good a continental breakfast as I've had in hotels of four times the price. I'll be using other Residhomes in France.

“Idéal pour un week end..”

Très légèrement excentré, mais le tramway au pied de l'hôtel vous dépose au pied de la cathédrale, à 1mn de la place Stanislas. Très propre, très pratique, idéal pour le touriste en week end. Petit détail : la couette n'est pas indidspensable l'été : malgré une pluie battante de 2 jours, il a fait une chaleur presque insupportable dans la chambre !

“PRESTATION CLASSIQUE ET PRATIQUE”

L'hotel est situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied (ou 5 mn en tram) de la place Stan). Le quartier excentré est récent et sans intérêt réel (quartier un peu dortoir). La prestation hôtelière est classique telle qu'on la trouve dans les grandes chaînes (ne pas chercher d'accueil personnalisé ou de petite touche spécifique). Hôtel très reposant et qui permet de bien se détendre après une journée de tourisme au plein coeur de Nancy. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner classique (copieux comme dans n'importe quelle chaîne à 2 étoiles et avec la même variété). Pas de surprise donc

Très bon resto "Maison de la Guyane - Place des Carrières" avec accueil très sympa. Bon gastronomique Rue Stanislas - Le Cap Marine. Macarons et Chocolats Chez Alain BAtt Rue les Domicains et ne pas rater le musée de l'Ecole de Nancy (Art nouveau - Majorelle, Gallé, Prouvé) Excentré mais accessible via Tram 1 et Bus 123

“Quelques déceptions”

Le canapé de la chambre avait été déplié en lit et nous avions donc peu d'espace pour circuler dans la pièce. De plus, le matelas était d'une qualité médiocre.

“Ausreichendes Hotel, aber nicht an Sylvester”

Hotel ist nahe den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (ca. 1 km) und sauber und ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Leider nutzen die französischen Jugendlichen es als Apartmenthotel um Sylvester auf den Zimmern und im Flur zu feiern. Hoffentlich ist es an gewöhnlichen Wochenende anders.

“Un peu déçu”

L'hôtel est bien localisé proche du centre ville, personnel accueillant les seuls bémols : peu de places de parking devant l'hôtel et le ménage dans les chambres qui est fait une fois par semaine alors prévoyez des serviettes de toilettes....

“Sehr zufrieden”

Waren auf der Durchreise und haben den Zwischenstopp genutzt, um das sehr schöne Nancy anzusehen. Das Hotel liegt mit ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg vom Zentrum sehr gut, ist absolut neu und hat eine Ausstattung die völlig ausreichend ist. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt also absolut!

“bon hôtel”

Juste à coté d'une station de tram, et à pied, pas très loin du centre ville, derrière un magasin alimentaire... bref, très bien situé! petit appart avec cuisine, micro ondes etc. tout confort. Juste le bémol : le petit dej à 9 euros, c'est vraiment abusé, mais heureusement ce n'est qu'en option.
