We needed a place to stay for one night before medical procedure. Hotel was convent to medical facility. Ease of access off interstate and frontage road. Polite staff. Secure. Room was comfortable with amble bath.

Parking garage was a little confusing. No signs posted as to where to park or instructions as to what to do when attendant is not working. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and convenient. We would definitely stay again!
"Nice and quiet hotel outside of the French Quarter"
The clean and refreshing smell when you walk in the lobby is like walking in a spa then greeted with a very friendly receptionist Raquel. The lobby has nice and new furnitures. The hotel room is big. The bed linens are clean, white and tightly tucked. The bed feels new and the firmness is just perfect. Floor is well vacuumed and the room is well dusted. Bathroom is clean. This hotel is a good place for retreat. This hotel is well kept. Location is accessible. Parking is peaceful and quiet.
The hotel was overall a good hotel. the pool is a bit small and if a few people are in you can instantly feel crowded in there. there was a fountain in the pool area, but it wasn't turned on and didn't even have water in it which was kind of annoying. they also had a fireplace but it was not turned on and when i asked the staff if it can be turn on they said they were not able to since they didn't have a certain item to turn it on, kind of annoying since that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel.
Overall very nice. Rooms were clean but smelled like mildew. Also, I tried to order breakfast by room service. The menu stated breakfast was served until 11am. From 10:40 to 11, I got a busy signal. At 11am we ordered lunch. It was delicious! Our rooms were on the 3rd floor and we were able to park on level 3 in the garage. We were able to enter the hotel directly on our floor!!!
We checked in the lobby was lovely, especially for a Holiday Inn. Front desk staff were wonderful. We had the handicapped access room, which is a huge suite, with small dining area, living room, large bathroom, and bedroom. Everything was clean. Hallways on the 3rd floor could use a fresh coat of paint, since it didn't match with how nice the lobby or rooms are. Location has super easy access to I-10, and less than 10 minutes to French Quarter or City Park. Pool was, nice and went to 6 feet, perfect for my 9 yr old. This was a safe hotel for a Mom alone with a child. We weren't out at night.
We booked this hotel as an overnight lodge for our family vacation cruise. We initially booked 1 room for the 4 of us a month early. Upon arrival from driving for 8 hours, we were informed that the room was not available and that we had to wait. However, within 4-6 minutes they had made other arrangements that included us getting 2 rooms right next to one another for the price of one. Sooooooo the kids had a room to themselves and we had ours. Very clean, quiet, and safe area. We are planing another trip in a few months and plan to use this hotel again. Great southern hospitality!!!
