The room was charming and there was a lovely private patio area where we could appreciate the lovely view of Etna. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room had lovely views. A short walk uphill to central Taormina - bring comfortable shoes!

Beautiful views from the room. Great breakfast area with excellent options and great indoor and outdoor seating. Rooms were a bit outdated but clean. As long as you’re okay with a more bare bones room with older beds, bedspreads, old carpets in hallways than you’ll be okay. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the main downtown area with shops and restaurants. Staying on the premise for a drink or breakfast was beautiful with the cliff side views and lemon trees on the property.

The view from this property was fabulous! The breakfast was above fabulous! The parking was on site & clearly marked. The room was average size & the bathroom small, but adequate. The views from the small balcony were fabulous! It was within walking distance to mainstream Taormina, just be prepared for steps. Be sure to visit Castlemola while in Taormina for more amazing views! The common area was stunning. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Room with outside patio was very clean, well appointed and had an amazing view to Etna one way, and the sea the other. Great breakfast. No evening meal but many good restaurants within a short walk. Car park is a bit awkward, but helpful staff will park your car. Hotel is delightfully old fashioned but well maintained.

This was our first hotel stay in Sicily for my wife's birthday celebration. From the moment we parked our car to the final goodbye, this hotel was fantastic. The room was so roomy and beautiful. The outdoor terrace overlooking the water was magical. The staff were graciously friendly and attentive! The breakfast was wonderful and I even got to play a tune or two on their piano and sang Happy Birthday with the staff to my wife!! We love Hotel Bel Soggiorno!

The hotel is in a get location breakfast was good But room was noisy they put us under dining hall so every time someone mover a chair terrible But the one big problem was Wi-Fi very very Bad it would work for a short time then go out and we depend on to a lot so if Wi-Fi is important to you this isn’t the place to stay

Gorgeous experience
Absolutely stunning & charming hotel, with an attentive and accommodating staff. Extremely clean, amazing breakfast and the aesthetics of this hotel cannot be more beautiful.

Older property so rooms could use an update. Bountiful breakfast and spectacular garden and views. Helpful staff. People with mobility issues and no car might find getting to the main area of the town a challenge.

Fabulous and dazzling location with direct view to mount Etna. Our room had its private balcony overlooking the gardens and Taormina bay. The hotel has a few parking spaces on property. It is a short walking distance to old town and the Greek amphitheater monument (15 min walk uphill) and many restaurants and shops. Breakfast on the terrace was great with delicious pastries, cappuccino, fresh fruits etc.

The position of the hotel is amazing. Staff cheerful and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with clean towels. Breakfast for any taste. No restaurant or pool but reflected in charge and short walk to town although up steps. Bar opens at 3pm so lovely to sit on terrace with a glass of wine.

Awesome view, accommodations and staff. Beautiful terraces to with amazing views and have a cocktail. Hotel is gorgeous. Staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We were leaving at 6:45 am . They had prepared us a breakfast on the terrace and oacked us a lunch for our trip. We will definitely be back.

Parking was a nightmare but that’s just Taormina for you. The hotel has a great view overlooking the sea and Etna. Hotel is a little outdated but overall everything worked fine. Breakfast was very good!

The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful. The view from our room was also amazing, however, the rooms are definitely very dated. Additionally, there was a strong odour in our bathroom which required us to leave the windon open at all times

This place takes you back to the 1950's in a good way! Gorgeous antiques adorn this hotel. Lovely in everyway...from the views, the decor, the staff - just beautiful.

The views from the balcony will astound you! The grounds are beautiful. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was fine (relatively basic) but clean. I would stay at Hotel Bel Soggiorno again next time! Grazie!

Rooms are out dated-couch cover old, faded, torn Bedding uncomfortable Bathroom outdated Just an ugly room Office staff unhelpful and cocky, however wait staff and cleaning staff very nice The price of staying here is wayyy too high for this hotel The only nice thing is the view from the terrace Noise all night long from event facility down the hill Loud music like it’s right in your room well past 2am Air conditioning old and not very good It was like paying almost 200.00 a night for a motel 6 with a view Very very dissappointed I will spread the word that it was a rip off

This property has no elevator and it was very inconvenient to carry the luggages to the higher floor. The property ran out of water in a hot day, and we questioned the host and the attitude was terrible. In general, this is the worst B&B for our entire trip in Sicily, all other B&Bs were way nicer!

Comfortable room in Taormina
Outside room with terrace was great. One's terrace is separated from one's neighbor's terrace only by planters, so it got noisy at times. Breakfast is fantastic, staff was great, and the views are amazing. We walked to the Greek theater, to Corso Umberto, and to restaurants. Make sure you understand where the little staircase is: we took the long way several times before we figured it out.

Just WOW. This hotel made our stay in Taormina unforgettable. Just the view itself from any part of the hotel was a piece of art. Also the decor and attention to detail in each corner of the property is insane, it truly looks out of a movie. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had in three weeks traveling, there was options for every taste, everything fresh and homemade, and plus the staff it's truly caring, you can tell they want to make your stay memorable. My only comment would be that the bathrooms are extremely tiny, especially the shower, but honestly it's a small detail compared to the GREAT experience you'll have. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Best view and best service in Taormina. *Parking is challenging to say the least, but don't freak out, they'll park your car for you.

The sea view was amazing , staff was excellent, the breakfast was great and the breakfast room was beautiful with great view, really enjoyed the hotel and Taormina, Greek Theatr was breathtaking

Lovely characterful Taormina hotel, sea/Etna view
Lovely characterful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast. Really friendly staff. Great sea views from the room and of Etna from the terrace, though weather was not great for May. Uphill walk into Taormina with about 100 steps, though only takes 10 mins or so, 15 total to reach Corso Umberto. Enjoyed our stay despite the unseasonal weather.
