Man at 7am was screaming crying outside the door. I guess begging for a women to open the door. I will never again come back. The staff was sweet though.
We had a quiet nights stay - which is what we wanted. Breakfast was ok - not great.

This property is in deplorable condition. Unclean, moldy, smells musty and of cigarettes, elevator out of order, lobby door handle broken, broken drawers in room, toilet so loose I almost flipped over. Worst hotel experience ever.

This property really needs a upgrade, it could really be a nice hotel if they upgrade the rooms and the breakfast. Uts a nice location to be but rooms need upgraded.

All was great with the exception being the breakfast. Only bread for toast, bagels, fruit, waffles or cereal to eat. It would have been nice to have some eggs or other breakfast foods
The price was what I would expect to pay for the convenience. However the ice machine was broken, the elevator did not stop on the 2nd floor which is where my room was located, and the bathroom mirror was horribly scarred. On the other hand the bed was comfortable and the room served it's purpose. I was able to sleep for a few hours and continue my journey.
When we walked in it smelled like marijuana smoke and cigarettes. The beds claimed to be queen size but were definitely full sized beds. Staff was extremely slow checking in and claimed that I never paid in their system when I had the receipt online from when I paid. Continental breakfast was just cereal so don’t expect much there. Room was degrading from years of poor upkeep. The TV in the room didn’t work and was covered with 4 inches of dust. Overall if you care about your health and sanity don’t stay here unless you are in to some shady stuff, bc this place is below subpar
It was just dirty. Our sheets were stained and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. There were live ants crawling on our pillows. The elevator smelled like smoke. The room smelled like mildew so bad that we bought Febreeze at the store to spray. Somebody’s fake eyelashes were on the phone and bedside table.
The bed was so bad I slept in the window. The room stayed humid, I believe something was wrong with the ac unit that caused this. The walls had moisture on them the whole stay. There was dead roaches in my room.
It’s smelled really bad like mold and mildew, I just cancelled my stay. The front desk was actually the only good part but the condition of motel needs serious upgrades.
This hotel is very outdated and in very poor condition. The smell in the rooms are very overwhelming and stick to your clothes. Upon checking in to our first room #229 we entered our room and the AC was unplugged (90 degrees outside) and there was a toilet bowl scrubber sitting on the bench under the window. The smell was gut wrenching. I took a photo and returned to the receptionist to be moved. The next room #226 wasn’t much better as far as the smell. This smell was so bad that we had to go to Walmart and buy small air fresheners to help us manage. I would recommend staying at a new hotel if you are in need of a place to stay while visiting Meridian MS.
It was convenient for my travel plans, and with a McAllister’s Deli next door it was convenient for dinner as well. It was very clean and the breakfast options were good.
