This hotel was hella disappointing!!! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far. My safety was definitely in question here. I don’t think I’ve ever felt the level of discomfort that I felt at this hotel. The front door was not working properly. The back door to the lobby doesn’t even close & lock. It was completely broken. The hallways gave a spooky feel. Elevator was in bad shape. Carpets had big stains on them. Room smelled of mold and mildew. Bathroom was nasty with stains in the floor. Door didn't seem safe, used my own portable lock that i purchased online. Wish I had read the reviews. Most are spot on. Smelly room, I brewed coffee to temporarily take the smell away, very old and outdated, cracks in walls. It’s also very overpriced. It’s a shame they are allowed to charge what they charge. Guess they need to make up for lost customers. Hotel is very run down but oh well. Will never stay here again. The staff were nice but the shape that this hotel is in and everything else makes u want to just walk away from it whether you are reimbursed or not! Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if u are going alone! It was not up to the standard of cleanliness and comfort I expect from LaQuinta. I would suggest trying your luck with the Holiday Inn across the street or staying in one the three hotels located right around the corner by Starbucks!

Didn't like two things: 1) No breakfast -- was supposed to start at 6am. No one there starting breakfast when I left at 7am. 2) No one at desk all night. Note at front desk said no one available, and no contact number. Guest in lobby said her card didnot work and she couldn't get into her room all night since no one at front desk. Rugs in the halls are worn and looked dirty. Rug in my room looked OK. Couldn't use washer/dryer since no sign how much it costs! Worst La Quinta I've ever visited.

I guess on a certain level you get what you pay for and in this situation it applies. However, the service has gone down at this location, the breakfast options have gone down, and quality of staff has gone down. Comparing cost with other hotels I have gotten more bang for my buck. The room smelled and the rooms have new furniture in old settings. If you are just staying one night, don't mind very limited breakfast options, looking to save money and don't mind "old" you will be fine.

This property is very old and has not been updated. Linens and towels were not white but whitish with holes. A plus was the neighbor across the hall smoking marijuana day and night and the smell permeated our room. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Over the past 10 years of travel, this experience stands out as the most disappointing. The rooms designated as pet-friendly were not suitable for human occupancy. The pervasive unpleasant odors and stained sheets implied an assumption that only animals would inhabit the space. This issue extended beyond the room we initially booked, encompassing two additional rooms during our stay. Even though the last room provided had faults, pen stains persisted, though it at least lacked the overwhelming scent suggesting multiple animals had occupied it. Before showering, the tub required pre-cleaning, and the bedding, consisting of a fitted sheet and an unfamiliar top piece, fell short of acceptable standards. We had to approach the front desk to obtain two washcloths and hand towels. Regrettably, we received one washcloth and two hand towels. It appeared as though the missing washcloths would be sourced from a different location along with the comforter that should have been part of the room. Furthermore, I was charged a $25.00 pet fee for my service dog, despite filling out the provided form. Moving on to the breakfast experience, or lack thereof, it was the most subpar continental breakfast I have encountered. The absence of fruit, eggs, and minimal offerings like waffles and yogurt, along with issues with the juice machine, left much to be desire

I trust La Quinta nationally as a clean, good-value stay. This property should have been demolished and rebuilt years ago. At least they could have replaced the filthy rugs. Our family had to keep our shows on whenever walking around the room. I'm not giving up on La Quinta yet

Aging hotel. Maybe because we reserved a pet friendly room, but it smelled like urine when we walked in. HVAC system was noisy and sounded like it was about to break. Fortunately weather was cool enough that we just turned it off. Convenient for easy off I-20 and pet friendly while traveling, but probably won’t stay here again.

We were given a key to an already occupied room. The attendant never apologized and then gave us a key to a new room which was poorly cleaned. I had to clean someone else's blood off of the toilet seat. The next morning, i watched 3 employees go from the front desk out to a white SUV with a widow missing and sit for an etended time in the SUV, leaving the front desk, phones, and patrons unattended.

One star for the friendly and helpful staff. Booked here based on La Quinta reputation. Very disappointed. Hallway carpets were dirty and stained. Wet carpet in room due to water leak under sink. Caulk lifting around bath tub. Black substance around lip of toilet tank. I've always boasted that I've never been disappointed at a La Quinta. Can't say that any more.

This was our first and last stay at this location. The facility was run down and our room smelled like cat urine. The carpet was stained and our window unit air conditioner/heat made the loudest noise when turned on.

I checked in and immediately checked out. I’ve always had good experiences with this chain, but this hotel was filthy! The carpet was horrible! & as soon as I walked in my room, there was a roach crawling around in the sink. Night staff was not very friendly.

It’s a flat out no from me. Absolutely filthy. Run down. Just straight up nasty. Boogers on the wall, hair and mold all over the bathroom. “Clean me” written in chapstick on the filthy mirror. And then 160 a night is a joke.

We arrived late into the evening. When entered the lobby, we smelled pot. Even though our room was a non-smoking room, we could certainly smell previous smoker. Bed slept good. We left pretty early the next morning.
