“Great hotel and staff”

Just stayed at the Hampton Inn this week. The staff was great! Very professional and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered a number of choices. We will stay here again the next time we are in Mentor.

“Very Pleasent Stay”

Visiting the area for the first time, we were welcomed to the Hampton Inn by the friendly staff. Our room was nice & clean and quite. The bed was real comfortable & a nice respite after a long trip. I would definately stay there again Nice complimentary breakfast the next morning too. Thanks!

“Hotel, Yes! Expedia, No!”

Very clean, well apportioned rooms, beds were exceedingly comfortable. Hotel gets an A+ rating. Expedia, however, gets a poor rating. I booked through Expedia and ended up paying $20 more than the hotel would have charged me for paying direct.
