Superior Apartment
Spacious and comfortable apartments with air conditioning throughout, made up of one separate double bedroom with fan and telephone; sitting room with two sofa beds, fan and telephone; satellite TV with music channel in both bedroom and sitting room; a safe (extra charge); bathroom with bathtub and separate shower stall, telephone and hair dryer; a complete and modern kitchenette with fridge; and a balcony or terrace.
Upon arrival, guests receive our Insotel Welcome Pack, which is made up of a selection of drinks, a fruit basket and “cava”. Children between the ages of 4 and 11 receive the Insi Surprise Pack.
These apartments also include exclusive services such as late checkout until 15:00 (On request and subjet to the availability), facilities for coffee and tea, Wi-Fi Internet connection (extra charge), select hospitality products, bathrobes, slippers, an evening bed-turning service, and our own Insotel Baby Service (with advance reservation) free of charge, which includes prams, baby alarms, bottle warmers, nappy bins and high chairs for the room.
What’s more, ground-level superior apartments also feature sun loungers with an parasol on their terraces (subject to availability).

“No sun loungers left !”
The hotes standards and food l lived up to my expectations as I have stayed there before about 3 years ago. It is a nice hotel with lovely pools. The only change in the hotel is the massive increase in Russians, who now visit. And unlike the Germans who put towels out early, the Russian visitors put their towels out even earlier! There was on day when 3 of us were sharing 1 lounger by the pool. And they are really loud, they shout at each other and their children across the pool, cafe, breakfast. Really any where ! I won't go back mostly because of the loudness of the place. Thank goddness for ipods ! They block some noise.
“Beautiful location and fantastic facilities”
Lovely place ,even though busy plenty of room. Superb pools to cater for all ages. Hotel staff friendly,activity staff some more pro active than others! Only down side very expensive when you arrive, we booked bed and breakfast. Would definitely return in the future.
“good aparthotel”
Good facilities.Excellent pools. The site however is on a hill and some of the paths are quite steep and wouldn't suit everyone. Had to pay extra for use of apartment safe and hire of a kettle which I wouldn't expect for a five star facility. Restaurant food for breakfast very good. Plenty of organised activity for kids and adults. Regular bus service to Mahon every hour.

La verdad es que estaba todo genial, la comida, el personal super amable, la direccion del hotel muy cercana al cliente ademas del resto de empleados, los animadores incansables y muy bien organizados. estamos muy contentos con este hotel. Como dato algo malo el colchon algo incomodo y pequeño.

C est la 2eme fois que nous y allons et nous avons ete tres mecontent du service. Accueil expeditf sans aucune explication. SPA gratuit à notre premier sejour et grosse surprise au second sejour 16 euros par jour et par personne. Coin cuisine sale, frigo et vaiselle. Matelas out. Avons change de chambre sans excuse et avons retrouve les memes problemes. avons fait toutes ces remarques à l hotel et n avons eu aucune réponse.
