“Worst hotel I have been ever.”

Well, I really don't understand why Expedia has this hotel as an option to stay in Memphis. I have had great experiences with hotels in many different countries, booked through Expedia, but not this time. Except for the location, everything is really bad with this place. To start with, they do not clean the rooms or make the beds ever, not to mention that they don't change the towels either. Somebody, who called himself the assistant manager, promissed that they would do it, after we complained the first day, but they never did. 1,500 characters are way too few to express my opinion about this hotel. There are just too many bad issues about it. I just hope that Expedia takes my word and erases the place from their list of hotels in Memphis to be booked. It would be just for the sake of Expedia's reputation.

“absolutely unacceptable”

Dirty and loud. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In this case you don't even get what you pay for. Awake all night listening to loud cars in the parking lot. Clerks were rude and the floors and walls were filthy. The carpet was so dirty that I didn't take off my shoes until I got in bed. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more, you'll be glad you did.

“Decent inexpensive hotel”

Not a high end hotel. But a good choice for a budget traveler. The room had a fridge and microwave. Staff was pleasant. No problems. Have stayed there in the past and will stay there again.

“Spend a few more dollars to stay somewhere else.”

Cheap hotel, not well maintained. The staff was okay... we didn't have any towels in our room and when I asked for some they only gave me 2 (we needed 3), because they "didn't have anymore up here". The carpet in the hotel room was disgusting. We didn't take our shoes off until we got in the bed. Cockroaches in the room, hairs in the bathroom... it's a good idea to pay another $15 and stay somewhere decent. On the up side the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Oh yeah, and they don't really have free breakfast unless you count coffee, cheap white bread and plain bagels with a tub of peanut butter as breakfast! We had breakfast somewhere else.

“Nasty Room, Never Again”

Dirty carpets and windows, even the beds didn't seem very clean. The toilet was broken on arrival, and we called the front desk. The maintenance dude came and fixed it with what looked like a paper clip which lasted for about one flush. The shower was scalding hot one minute and freezing cold the next no matter how you tried to adjust it. Somebody needs to call the health department because this place needs to be condemned.

“Will not ever go back!”

Terrible. The breakfast wsa a few slices of bread with peanut butter and jelley and cold biscuits.

“DANGEROUS!!!”

The hotel is in awful condition and our safety was the concern that caused us to leave immediately.

“Please do not go”

it is really discasting. I had to leave and look for another place to sleep. I have traveled all around the world and never seen anything like this. It is hard to say but I think it is better for them to know my oppinion. Personel is nice and kind. The Hotel is dirty and discasting.

“At least its close to Graceland.”

Lobby smelled like smoke, as did halls. Blankets were stained. (Appeared to be washed but just stained). No guns sign in front of banquet hall. Close to 'adult entertainment'. Front desk staff was nice. I have stayed in nicer cheap hotels. Would not stay again. And, if I had not been with my boyfriend I may not have stayed at all. We only needed a place to crash as we were sightseeing. We stayed for three nights and in the end it served its purpose. There are plenty of other cheap hotels in the area so keep looking.
