The valet/concierge Excellent. Breakfast service and foodservice staff Excellent. That is all. The disgusting people sitting on their useless posteriors who are tasked with the "overwhelming" responsibility of checking in quests should all be fired immediately.

Upon arrival the property appeared to be like the average Holiday Inn Express. However, there was no hot water the first night and half of the second day of stay. The toilet paper holder was an unsanitary and unaccpetable block of wood with a piece of unstable metal screwed in that did not hold the paper steady and constantly fell to the floor. The ice makers did not work. NONE of them on every floor even after checking the floors that I was directed to after reading a note left on the ice maker on the 10th floor. The room was not cleaned, especially the bathroom floor. IHG claims to deliver True Hospitality for Good, every day. I have never had an experience like the I just had with my two young daughters this week. Very disappointed and would not ever visit again. The valet were quick and friendly.

The staff was wonderful. I enjoyed talking to them, especially Rose (I think that's her name). I got there early, and was told there was no early check-in. No problem, I totally understand. But when the 3:00 check in time came, I was told I had to wait as there was a shift change! It was almost 1/2 hour later before I could check in. Why have a check in time at 3:00 and a shift change? This was a little annoying.

Could use a little upgrading but otherwise fine. The shower and wash basin water temperature were stuck on very hot (no cold water) and I could not change it, which was inconvenient.

Had to make them move us to another room First room the heat was blowing and wouldn’t turn off room was so hot!! Then nothing but scalding hot water to even shower in! A friend had the same water problem but cold water and nothing else in shower!!! Will never stay again

When we arrived, check in was normal. As soon as we got to the room, we noticed it was warm, but since it was cold outside, we didn’t think anything of it. The next day, we noticed that the room was not getting any cooler, even with a change from heat to AC. We called the front desk in the morning to let them know. When we arrived, many hours later, our room was 96°. When the issue was brought up with the front desk, we were told that someone should have “warned us” when we checked in. Our towels smelled like mold and when we arrived, the toilet had been used, not flushed, and not cleaned. I’m incredibly disappointed at the state of our room and traveling with 2 young kids, the cleanliness made it unhygienic for them.

First Room - DARK BROWN water came out of the sink then the sink wouldnt drain - the water came straight out of the water in the shower instead of the shower head. Called front desk - moved us to a second room - 2nd room - NO AC- room was 88* turned ac down and gave it an hour - still blew hot air. Called front desk - they were going to send maintenance up.... While waiting on maintenance, we saw what I can only assume was bed bugs on the bed - I ABOUT DIED! Never have I ever. We grabbed our stuff and went down to the desk again, the staff was nice and tried to move us to another room quickly - but we were pretty much done by this point. 3rd room was better - but the AC went out on night 2 and we didnt have hot water for the first 2 nights. Checked the bed very closely for bugs - seemed to be fine - but really put a damper on our weekend getaway. The staff was nice but this hotel realllllly needs some help. Save your time, money, and sanity - book somewhere else.

Helpful maintenance staff. No hot water, moved our room and water was hot. You have to choose between hot or cool air. It was 87 degrees when we got into the second room. Maintenance and staff were very helpful.

Our group booked 5 rooms and 3 of the rooms had to switch rooms and one twice. Problems included no hot water, scolding hot water, hot water in the toilet, no air conditioning, broken key pad (had to wait 1.5 hours while maintenance broke into room from adjoining room), and not having the food available for dinner that we ordered. Staff and maintenance did their best with a very poor situation.

The maintenance and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Needed to change rooms due to no hot water but the room change resolved that. Also, you have to choose between cool or warm air. It got up to 87 degrees in our room. Had to have maintenance switch it to cool. Tip is to pick the cool option, you can’t have both.

The property had no heat or hot water. I do no understand how people can be allowed to stay here, especially since I read reviews that it happened the previous weekend as well. It was dirty and ceilings were leaking.

Upon arrival, the hotel did not have hot water or any heat in the entire building and they offered no other options or solutions. Expedia also did not offer any solutions or other accommodations. I still have not received my money back for the reservation. I had to walk in the freezing weather with my luggage to find other accommodations.

Did you not receive my last review? I’m currently working with my lawyers on a class action lawsuit along with other visitors of this establishment. All of the problems with this particular weak leak in the Holiday Inn chain have to do with faulty maintenance and faulty management. From the staff to the busted heater to the peeling paint on the walls to the broken toilet to the blood in the carpet and the broken furniture and finally to the exploding water pipes in the stairwell when the fire alarm went off and my wife and I had to run down from the 11th floor screaming and slipping on the water and nearly both dying of panic attacks. I’ve been giving several warnings to this particular establishment to lawyer up because they are in for a bumpy ride.

Recently stayed here for a work trip. The entire floor had an overbearing ciggerette and BO Oder. The BO Oder was also on our sheets. The heater didn’t work and it was freezing. They didn’t help to fix it or offer another room. We paid for 2 nights but just stayed one because it was miserable.

No Hot Water - NO REFUND
After a long day on the road we checked in wanting to shower before going out for the evening. Then we found that there was NO HOT WATER. Went down to the lobby and found the maintenance guy who told us that the boiler wasn't working and he was waiting for a plumber to come and help fix it. We were assured it would be fixed. The front desk person told us we could get a refund if we wanted to leave. After a long day on the road the last thing I wanted was to have to hunt up another hotel to stay in and move there, so given the assurance that the hot water would be fixed we stayed. After going to dinner we wanted to get a drink at the hotel bar - only to find that it had ALREADY CLOSED. This was before 9PM. So we went next door for a drink. When we got back around 10:30 we found that the plumber had just arrived. The maintenance guy told us that he wouldn't be going home until the problem was fixed. We went to our room expecting to have hot water in the morning. There was NO HOT WATER in the morning. Front desk person who checked us out assured us that there should be no problem getting their corporate office to approve a refund. WRONG - no refund.

After a long day of traveling I arrived to my room without working AC. Took a while to change rooms after notifying front desk. Charged more for "upgraded" room. Screaming and yelling from the streets below all night long. Bar only was serving Bud Light. Towels felt like sandpaper and smelled funny. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone. Rating is waaaay off. Would give this place 4/10 stars and that's being generous.
