The room was dirty the pull out bed had a white crusty stain under the mattress that I saw because I had to put the linens on. Also the springs were exposed. One queen bed had a red stain in the mattress on the side. There was trash under both beds the tv remote did not have a back to it so the batteries kept falling out. I took photos of everything showed the lady at the front desk and I was given nothing but an I'm sorry. Would not allow me to move rooms.

We where in this Hotel around 14 Night in None Smooking room but Smooks cause we had head ache and Uncomfortablity.i changed room but issue was exist in Morning and also night time. I selected Non refundable payment type to get a bit discount so could not able to cancel my room and chose many other hotel around if that. My wife and I had very bad memory of our staying in this hotel for this 2 weeks and those staff could not assist us to fix issue. For dinner any things that we asked was ran out and for Fast food like sandwiches told me did not have Tomatoes or lettuce.some Staff was good and some was not. I want to say we paid thousands of dollars to stay here and had good time and enjoy of trips but it was not happened and no one care of US.

My stay was okay. Probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay there again, anyway. I was charged $100 for incidentals and noticed 3 days later that the charge hadn’t been refunded. When I called to ask about it the girl at the front desk was short with me, then completely rude and hung up on me. I will never stay there again

This location has it all.
The front desk clerk at check in was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided a great restaurant recommendation that we really enjoyed! The room was very comfortable and the hall way area was nicely quiet. The pool is heated. Only drawback is the hallway leading to pool is drafty and chilly.

I always love staying here because the staff is so kind. I stayed a week during Thanksgiving week, and on my first night I overheard another visitor tell the lady at the desk that their car had been broken into overnight. There had been 2 car break-ins and one truck was stolen that same night, and the visitors had parked in the back. I had always felt relatively safe at this hotel, but it made me be on high alert during this visit. I was so glad that I had not driven. I had decided to try this new bus called Vonlane mostly because I hate driving, but also because my car is among the cars that have been targeted for thefts. I guess this incident served as a lesson to not get too comfortable and be careful.
