Excellent staff. Kind helpful friendly. Speedy checkin clean rooms, parking secure behind a fence. Little noisy on the street but if that’s all o can complain about it was fine. For the price I’d stay again.

My only critique would be that the bathrooms could be remodeled; they are outdated. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There was a commotion one night with people above me. The staff addressed the situation when I complained.

This Quality Inn was much better than another Memphis area hotel where I stayed several nights last June in 2023: Its breakfast quality was much better, its environment safer, and its distance to the Memphis airport much closer. If I ever have to travel to the Memphis area again, I will select this hotel once again.

Friendly and very good treatment in the lobby. They helped me to change the room from a smoker's room to a non-smoking one. Since the pre-booking, I made it on xpedia and it didn't specify it. Good place to rest calmly

The whole place smells like cigarettes and weed. We barely got into the room and sat down before feeling nauseous. It was a nonsmoking room, but clearly people smoke in it often. We had to leave and find another hotel. The room appeared cleanish… no visible dirt or bugs, but we were only in the room for 10 minutes. Didn’t look at the bedding condition or anything. People must often leave due to smoke smell because the desk attendant and manager didn’t question me at all, just apologized and issued a refund right away.

There were no major issues, but if u r looking for luxury, this is definitely not it. Tissue is not soft; towels are of poor quality. It’s like they chose the cheapest item for everything that is needed in a hotel room. Will I stay at another Quality Inn… only if it’s my last option. The price was good for an almost last minute trip. I had a place to slumber while visiting Memphis, TN.

Not god bf at all. Someone banging our door in the morning. Not safe at all. Nothing breakfast to it at all. Just bread, waffle , muffin and yogurt. Not even fresh fruit like banana or apple. Also commercial plane noise early morning constantly woke up early morning. Don’t safe area around it.
