The hotel was a greatest choice we've ever made!Don't really know where to start...from the room (Jacuzzi view) to the pool, bars and the restaurants everything just... PERFECT! The food was very good as well!...about the gardens I can't find a words to describe it, so I will leave it...not described ( you can't explain the paradise...can you?!?!?)!
Thank to all the staff, made our vacation an exceptional experience and we looking forward to book again for next year!

"Amazing hotel! However some hidden information..."
Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time here and the hotel itself is incredible, however we felt as though there were some things that were kept from us when we booked the hotel. Expedia advertises that there are 5 different restaurants to choose from however when we arrived, we were told that the Italian restaurant was closed and there was only 2 for us to choose from!! Both of these restaurants served the same food and they were both buffet style so this was disappointing. WiFi is probably the hotels biggest let down. With a surcharge of €2 per day, you would think that the connection would be fast however this is really not the case. We paid for the WiFi to be able to access it whilst in our room and the connection was TERRIBLE. Not once were we able to connect. We also celebrated my boyfriends birthday here and went to the a la carte restaurant which is supposedly the hotels most luxurious place to eat and there was a hair in his food!! I could not believe it and nor could our waiter who was clearly embarrassed. One of the days on our holiday the hotel decided to close half of the pool area and replace it with dining tables and chairs. They did not inform any of their guests what this was for or why and left us to ask staff. This meant that there were hardly any sun beds for guests. Apart from that, we had a great time here and would definitely recommend it but I would probably contact the hotel first and try and find everything out from them before you go.
I stayed for a week in the hotel and loved every minute. The hotel and grounds are stunning. The food amazing and hotel very clean and tidy. Very safe also. Very family orientated but would also suit couples as there are quieter areas and pools to chill.
After reading previous reviews we were slightly unsure but it was nothing like they said. Staff we very friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms as it was close to the kids pool and they were very unstanding, we'd come away without our children and didn't want the noise!
Our room was lovely, clean, spacious and had a nice little terrace to enjoy a drink on.
The food was fantastic, something to enjoy at every meal time. Only problem on the Saturday night was the que! We waited for it to die down but it was mental!
Overall the hotel and our weekend away was amazing and very relaxing. We recommend this hotel and we can't wait to book again.

The area is known for its hotels, dunes, and beaches. Tourism is the area’s main industry. The resort town of Maspalomas and the 68-metre-tall Maspalomas Lighthouse are nearby.
