Very lovely stay. Hotel staff very friendly. Food excellent. In the buffet I would've liked the counters to be closer together, instead of having to go from one end of the restaurant to the other. Also not happy about guess putting towel on sunbeds early and not using then throughout the day. We found we used the beach a lot because of this and this could become costly. It was a shame. Lovely hotel. Thank you.
When we arrived at the hotel everyone on our coach gasped with approval... our arrival set the tone for what was to be a breathtaking stay. Everything about the experience was positive, the location (close to the beach), happy and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, luxurious surroundings...one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The infinity pool is a joy to behold when I posted a picture on Facebook my friends thought I was holidaying in the Maldives!
We came to relax, and that was exactly what we got.
The Hotel was very well maintained, room was spacious, beds were comfy, and very clean. With additional daily cleaning.
We only had breakfast included, which was amazing, lots of choice of enormous breakfast buffet, with everything you could possibly want.
For dinner it is quite easy to either eat in the hotel restaurant, or go down towards the beach, or walk just over to the town. Most restaurants were very good. Only bad experience at 'Hemingway' at the beach. Poor service and bad quality food, would steer clear.
We were extremely pleased with all aspects of this hotel from the pool to the marvellous gardens. The rooms are very discrete, the staff meticulous and half board represents Excellant value.
Located within easy walk of the beach and quality shops this hotel is right up there with the best.
A return visit for sure.

The hotel was a greatest choice we've ever made!Don't really know where to start...from the room (Jacuzzi view) to the pool, bars and the restaurants everything just... PERFECT! The food was very good as well!...about the gardens I can't find a words to describe it, so I will leave it...not described ( you can't explain the paradise...can you?!?!?)!
Thank to all the staff, made our vacation an exceptional experience and we looking forward to book again for next year!

This hotel is just incredible! Upon arriving at the hotel you will be just shell shocked with it's size and beauty, it has the best entrance to a hotel I've ever been too and I've visited a lot of hotels!
The staff at the hotel are the most kind, well mannered people I've ever met on a foreign holiday.
The upkeep and maintenance of the hotel is also incredible, nothing is ever out of place and you will be constantly in awe of it's beauty.
I stayed here for 7 nights / 8 days and wish I could have stayed longer!
The only negative that I would have for the hotel is it's onsite entertainment, it is lacking quite a bit however if you just want a drink at a bar then it's nothing to bad, just not something you stick around for every night.
I have absolutely no other negative things to say about it, all I can say is you need to visit yourself to understand.
After reading previous reviews we were slightly unsure but it was nothing like they said. Staff we very friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms as it was close to the kids pool and they were very unstanding, we'd come away without our children and didn't want the noise!
Our room was lovely, clean, spacious and had a nice little terrace to enjoy a drink on.
The food was fantastic, something to enjoy at every meal time. Only problem on the Saturday night was the que! We waited for it to die down but it was mental!
Overall the hotel and our weekend away was amazing and very relaxing. We recommend this hotel and we can't wait to book again.
