“Savoy - Is Excellence”

Just Book it. Don't Thomas Cook It. The Vibe Savoy is Pure Luxury at very reasonable cost. The Rooms are appointed to a HIGHER level than Buckingham Palace London. You are guaranteed a wonderful nights sleep and hearty breakfast experience on the Second Floor. So Just Do It. Book It Now. What are you waiting for???.

“Good location but poor service”

Staff were not friendly. Lack of quality service and service without a smile. Long wait for check out with only 2 staff at the front desk during busy hours. The Curves is comfortable but service and food quality can be improved. Staff needs more training. They can make a big difference to help us feel welcome!!!

“Brilliantly located!”

This hotel is very well located across the road from Southern Cross station - where the Airport shuttle bus drops you, so very easy to use that transport from the airport. Smallish hotel so feels very intimate, we had a lovely room although the bathroom was very small! I would happily recommend it for visitors to Melbourne!

“Enjoyable stay”

Lovely modern Hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Luckily we had breakfast included in our package as I thought it was a little expensive for what it was, however it was delicious. My only complaint, which is minor, is that we had requested a cot for our baby, and although it was set up, it didn't come with any bedding apart from a bottom sheet. Luckily we had brought a sleeping sack and a light blanket with us.

“Really great”

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and had very friendly staff. However, I noticed that it was quite noisy early in the morning and at night time. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others. :)

“Dirty ...needs cleaning and maintainance!”

The room was dirty, even the toilets in the lobby were disgusting! ....the shower so uncomfortable, the room after house keeping was a mess! wet towels on the bed, blankets on the floor, every day! The location is well but no worth it! I don't recommended this hotel!

“Well worth it”

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an executive room, nice and big, clean room, very comfortable bed. We found it to be exactly as the internet pictures showed. Very friendly hotel staff, more than happy to go out of their way to give us directions and advice. Very convenient to be opposite the train station. Would stay here again.

“location great”

This was my second stay in this hotel. Last time was 5 years ago. Glad to say it is still in good condition following an upgrade in decoration. Bathroom was small but adequate although you need a ladder to get into the bath for your shower so not so handy for people with knee or hip problems! Location is really handy. We walked to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's not overly fancy but good value for money.

“Great hotel and very helpful staff”

Really enjoyed our stay here - very helpful staff and a stylish, very clean hotel. Had an unusual room with a mezzanine bedroom upstairs but with the bathroom downstairs. Great design concept but not all that practical day to day. The only other small negative was the price of parking - I thought a little excessive, but this is Melbourne. Other than that, I would certainly recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

“Great location”

Excellent location really close to trains and trams to get anywhere. Hotel is fine, not five star rooms but nothing wrong with them. Bed was comfortable, walls a bit thin, we heard our neighbors talking every night through the walls
