The King Arthur Suite was cosy and comfortable for our wedding anniversary. We found our room to be nice and cool for the extreme hot weather we had on the labour day long weekend. There were nice little touches like chocolates, some breakfast provisions in the fridge and an anniversary message on the mirror. The little courtyard was private and served us well for our breakfast mornings. We took full advantage of the next door day spa and had a couples massage which was to die for. The only negative thing we would report is the tiny basin in the bathroom, which meant we got water everywhere each time we used it and the poor lighting in there. We would love to go back in the future and stay in the Hathaway Suite. The staff were very accommodating and inviting.

This property was axing in design and character. It felt like an old mill and suited the local area with all its charm. The interior was charming and fun, with well chosen decor to make the stay comfortable and continue the character of the property. A wonderful place to stay.

What's not to like about staying in a recreated 18th Century English mill in the middle of the foggy trees of the Olinda. Very romantic and the fire was cosy. Must check out the day spa next time.

A great stay up in the hills.
Two days away in the Dandenong ranges to re-charge our batteries. Great accomodation in the wonderful little village of Olinda in the heart of the ranges. Time spent walking in the sorounding forests and shopping in the local villages.

The property was well presented & clean, with all the extra touches. Comfy bed.The aircon was in a weird place, needs updating & in a higher window. Could add Netflix for free. It was a pleasant stay. 8/10

Loft in the mill stay
We stayed in King Arthur suite. Room much smaller then pic but very comfortable and cosy. Beautiful gardens and walking distance to shops and cafes. Friendly hostess and helpful. Good amenities .

Overall the stay was pleasant, i booked the stay with continental breakfast but was no continental breakfast, there was creal, bread intge fridge, jam,tea and coffe that was the breakfast if you book, book it with out breakfast.

Great location and a lovely cottage - was supposed to be 3 bedroom but one was locked ? Lovely open fire , comfortable couches and beds , really nice kitchen and small breakfast provisions . Car parking on site and right across the road from cafes and restaurants.

The staff at The Loft In The Mill where very efficient and super warm and friendly. However, we stayed in the Tudor room and the bed needs replacing. I understand the bed style suits the character of the room but it makes very loud harsh creaks when you simply move / roll over in the bed or even delicately sit on it. It feels like it is bowed in the middle. I would definitely stay at The Loft In the Mill again however not in the Tudor room.

Our Overnight Stay-The Loft in the Mill !
Had a lovely stay at the Loft In the Mill Boutique Accommodation. Room was very comfortable indeed and the bed was so very lovely we had a fabulous sleep. Shower and spa bath was lovely. Provided breakfast, milk, juice, coffee, tea, bread etc., was fabulous and chocolates. We loved our greeting on the mirror welcoming us to the accommodation. The only criticism we would have would be that there was cobwebs through the beams in the room and here and there and quite a bit of dust on items in the room. The patio garden area was so lovely but needs a good clean on the fences where many spiders webs were and empty vodka cans in the garden from previous guests I guess? We were woken early the next morning to someone using electrical appliances in the garden area as we were there to rest and relax and didn’t expect to be woken early by this. Otherwise everything was lovely and we will return for sure. Beautiful accommodation!

We had a lovely stay in the Duchess' Quarters room. It was warm and toasty and the spa was wonderful. The manager (Stephanie, I think?) was very welcoming and helpful.

The loft in the mill has an amazing medieval theme that is just gorgeous. The rooms are beautifully decked out, neat, tidy, and the staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Couldn’t be happier with my stay.
