“Will not be going back...........”

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, I have travelled quite a bit and stayed in many 3*-5* hotels around the world and this hotel does not deserve it's rating. We had to wait to check in and when we did finally get into the room we walked in to find a maintenance man fixing the mini bar.....we were not given clean towels, we were missing room service menus and order forms for breakfast. The staff were miserable, it was a hardship to get our bags from the store room, I stayed in this hotel as i thought it would be perfect for our trip to the Grand Prix as it is opposite Albert Park, buit that's where the good points end........i'd rather stay further away and use public transport to get to the park in future. This hotel one was the down point of my whole trip to Melbourne,
