“Melbourne experience”

Good service, quality apartments, centrally located in a decent area, cant go wrong!

“Central location”

Clean apartments with full kitchen facilities and daily service. We stayed on 18 floor with excellent view. Only downside with one bed apartment we had was 3rd guest on sofa bed had to use bathroom via the bedroom. Lounge was huge so surely could have had door off that room for more privacy. Central location for QV shopping area and all tram routes. Easy walk to Collins Street and most malls. Would definitely stay there again but have 2 bed apartment.

“Great location”

This was a great choice of hotel for its central location, it was so easy to get around the city from here. The staff were really friendly ad welcoming. Reception staff helped with booking days out, arranging taxis and with reccommending places to eat. Sometimes felt that the room cleaning wasn't as thorough as I would have liked, but overall this was ok. The pool is a real onus and is well-maintained. This ws a great place to stay and I will definitely be going back.
