The hotel provided a comfortable night and was in an excellent location. The desk manager was very helpful. The only area needing attention was the air conditioner which I could not move either up or down for a cool night's sleep.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Rooms as shown in pictures. A little outdated (bathrooms and hall) but clean and good value overall. The property cafe is currently under construction. Walkable to major things in the city and lots of restaurants close by!

Do not believe the reviews for this place. They offer early check in to guest as long as you leave them an instant 5 star review on the spot. The hotel is very ourdates and the AC wasnt working. They didnt notify the guests before hand that there is major construcrion happening next door and they start their work early so it was very loud first thing in the morning. The only good thing I have to say about the hotel is, whomever is in charge of their lobby music is amazing. TSwift on repeat 24/7

Staff were fabulous. Room smelt like urine, fridge had mould on the outside of door that was clearly visible and cushions on bed had noticeable stains. Disappointing after such wonderful service upon arrival.

Our stay was great. Unfortunately there was some construction going on next door. They started at 5.30 am which meant we never got a good sleep. Not the hotels fault though.

Hotel and room is dated and bathroom is small… in particular the shower! You wouldn’t want to be more than 6ft tall! However, the bed was incredibly comfortable!don’t trust google maps when trying to find the car park… it’ll try and take you to the hotel so make to put on the name ‘first parking’ not just the address. The hotel will validate the parking for you! All in all a good stay.

Rather large room. Comfy bed and strong shower. Very close to train station and free tram stops. Great room for the price you pay. Only flaw was the air-conditioning wasn't the strongest. we had room set to 19 degrees and it was still quite warm in there. but we didn't go there to spend time in the room.

Great location, close to restaurants and Marvel stadium. The reception area is old and would benefit from a refurbish. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but the shower over the bath could be tricky to negotiate for an older person or one with mobility issues. No room service or breakfast available. A little pricey for the condition of the building but overal a pleasant night stay.

Very old looking place, freezing cold room despite heater cranked up. Window blinds didnt go all the way to the top and let light in and only one of the blinds was a 'block out' so was up at the crack of dawn with a fully lit up room.

Wifi didn't work in the room, even when I asked for help at the reception. I got complimentary 12pm check out to have some rest, but I got woken up before 8AM by construction noise right at the hotel entrance. The hotel should have informed about this. Hotel is 3.5 stars but the condition is not good. Old and dirty.

The heating did not seem to work despite repeated efforts to have it working. I was not informed when booking in that the TV's were not working due to an incident that occurred the day before. Would have been good to know when checking in.
