“TOP MELBOURNE HOTEL.”

This was my second stay at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne, the only downside was that it was only for one night I really wanted to stay longer! The standard of the rooms is very high and the service is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service and quality of the food in the restaurant/cafe is very high. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort and luxury on their holiday.

“Excellent.”

Excellent. The King bed was actually two single beds pushed together, but it was still comfy. The description read "Egyptian cotton sheets". Clearly not true.

“1st World Problems Sorted”

I always think that you can judge a hotel not only by the quality of its premises and staff but by how they react when small things go wrong. During our recent stay a couple of very minor things went wrong (1st world problems as my daughters say) and we were very impressed at how the staff handled each situation, getting things sorted and then following up to ensure everything was ok. Great job, great hotel!

“Staff”

Staff were very good. I left some clothes at the hotel and the posted them to me straight away and I got them the next day. Excellent service.

“Wonderful Surprise”

We jagged an upgrade to the Grand King Suite. Free champagne on arrival and free access to Club lounge providing endless open bar and tapas. 270 degree views in the room....Amazing!! Awesome experience.
