Okay for a quick overnight stay near the airport with a flight the next morning. Basic hotel/motel type facilities, bed and shower were okay which is really what you’re after when you’re only there a few hours, so did the job. Certainly nothing flash, and clearly a lot of people coming and going all the time on short stays. Wouldn’t want to stay there for much more than a night, but why would you? Pretty industrial area. Not overly cheap, but one of the cheaper options near the airport. Free shuttle service to the airport was reliable and quick so that was good; a bit of a wait at the airport for the run to the hotel though. Would consider staying again depending on pricing options.

Great place to stay across the road from urban surf. I recommend booking the airport shuttle as taxi drivers will abuse you for driving so close to the airport. I checked with reception and they said they can pick you up and drop you off to the airport which is a fantastic service to a

The property was very tired. It was most certainly not a lodge but a very mediocre motel. The bed was comfortable and clean. The food in the Bistro was absolutely terrible. The shuttle service was good.

The property is in the middle of a mainly residential area, with no shops or convenieence stores within short walking distance.

This venue is perfect for an overnight stay prior to catching a flight. We loved that it is a 2 minute walk to "Three Blue Ducks", a "Masterchef" restaurant

The room was contemporary and sparkled. All room amenities were available. We loved the shuttle, both from the airport and then returning the next morning. We were picked up within 5 miutes of our call. Staff were most helpful, offering a wake-up call, and describing the dining and bar facilities. This hotel has been designed with the airport users in mind and provides an excellent service.

If you are needing to stay near the airport, this is a great place to stay! It had everything we could possibly need- pool, restaurant, later check out. Perfect for our stopover. They also offer a free 24hr shuttle service which was amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Property is convenient if you just need to be close to the airport. Not walkable to airport though, they have a free shuttle. They had dining options there but limited options for walking elsewhere. Older hotel but clean and mostly quiet.

Shower over a bath just not suitable for elderly people. Not happy overall. The breakfast bar no longer operates as a buffet. $30 fo 2 people to have coffee and toast in over the top. I have stayed at Ciloms many times but this will be the last time. Not recommended.
