“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE”

Before booking with Biz Motel through Expedia we checked their external website and were very impressed with how it looked - although there were no pictures of the motel externally. Upon arrival at what looked like a dodgy block of flats, we very unhappily checked in. Paid $24 for 3 nights parking upon arrival and went to the room we were assigned. Went to the room which was already accomodated, rubbish everywhere, beds unmade ! All the man at reception said was 'That's bizarre' and changed room keys. Next day had a notice from reception saying our parking hadn't been paid for and they were threatning to tow our rental car, confirmed with new girl at reception that the male who checked us in had not put our $24 in the till and obviously pocketed it ! Grrrrrrrrrrr very angry at this whole experience, WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE.
