“South Yarra”
A very lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Very tidy and modern, just as the pictures showed. The kitchen was great, and there was complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar waiting for us. My only complaint- the bed was very noisy whenever we turned over, and not the most comfortable. Also the blinds in the bedroom were not very good at keeping the sun out- fine if you're getting up early during a business trip, but not so great if you're there to relax and have a sleep in!
“Good reasonably priced accomodation”
The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities required. It is very well located close to Chapel street with its lovely shops and excellent night life. The train station is very close and for the energetic it is a lovely walk to the botanical gardens and into town. On many occasions we opted to walk into town.

“would not be my first choice next time”
i would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a low cost, basic place to stay for a few days. Very noisy - other occupants but particularly the train line which is not indicated in any of the literature. I did not always feel secure and think that some curtain or similar across the door should be considered
“average hotel/apartment”
Great location in South Yarra right off of Chapel St. The rooms are just average, furniture is getting a little worn.
“suited my needs”
For my purpose in visiting Melbourne to attend the Australian Tennis Open, the accomodations were perfect. Easy access to public transportation was very convenient, as well as the feeling of security plus enjoyment of nearby shops and restaurants... It is a little inconvenient to register at one location, then find the apartments...
“Appartement South Yarra: bien situé, bien équipé”
Appartement bien équipé; chauffage un peu juste pour un hiver rigoureux selon les melbournais. Commerce pas loin, à proximité de Chapell st, l'une des rues en vue de Melbourne. A 200m du train pour la city (deux stations). Nombreux bus également. Parking compris dans le prix.
