It’s a great Raid, different from a hotel as its smaller and in the old city (Médina). Close enough to most things in Marrakech you can walk, even in July. The food at the hotel is amazing, the breakfasts are wonderful but the dinners are something very special, and cheaper than any of the other Raids we ate in. The staff could not be more helpful, it’s as if nothing is too much, it’s a truly wonderful place. If I get the chance I would happily stay at Riak Kniza again

The Palais Sebban is a stunning riad. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in with extremely comfortable rooms and glorious suites. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were very good and dinner was delicious. It is very central and a short walk into Jemaa el fna. My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and we were given a complementary upgrade to a wonderful suite for our last night. I look forward to a return visit and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We have just visited Marrakech and the hotel just made are trip even more amazing! The staff were so lovely and friendly and always willing to help if you needed it. Some reviews mentioned breakfast wasn't good however every day our breakfast was fantastic! Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, bread, cakes, croissants, crepes, cheese, omelettes! It was great! The room was lovely and clean and tidy and huge shower! Marrakech is lovely and if you have time go into the mountains and see the waterfall!
This riad is in a great location within the Medina. The room was incredibly clean and the A/C worked very well. The room was on the ground floor but was very quiet and comfortable. Airport transfer very smooth. I'd definitely stay at this riad again in the future.
