The Palais Sebban is a stunning riad. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in with extremely comfortable rooms and glorious suites. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were very good and dinner was delicious. It is very central and a short walk into Jemaa el fna. My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and we were given a complementary upgrade to a wonderful suite for our last night. I look forward to a return visit and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed for six nights in June and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is tucked away in the corner of the main square - right in the middle of the shopping and nightlife but very relaxing. The hotel is beautifully decorated, both in the rooms and communal areas. There is a roof top pool and lounging area that is quiet and secluded, but with a food and drink bar with attentive staff. In fact all the staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Be aware that the hotel is 'dry' as are most of the restaurants.
We really enjoyed a relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend the Art Place if you are staying in Marrakech and want to be near the main square
Relaxing, very clean, excellent service! The spa services were amazing. It's quiet and secure, a necessity for two female travelers. A guide was provided to take us to and from a local restaurant so we didn't get lost navigating. Recommended without hesitation!
Very happy with this hotel. It is on the outskirts of Medina but walkable and very cheap taxis to travel. Hotel was clean and very comfortable, it is a traditional style riad. The Hotel's cooked food is delicious and good value.
Fabulous stay at this hotel, our first time in Marrakesh and I am already planning to return/ The hotel is wonderful and the staff exceptional, nothing is to much trouble and you feel like you are treated like royalty. There is nothing negative to say, it is a truly magical place.
The country club about 15 minutes away is a 'must' visit, we spent an afternoon there and regretted not going sooner and for longer. If you want to be spoilt beyond your wildest dreams, but also get great value for money I cant think of no better place.

"Fantastic location, service and overall experience"
Mr. Mohammed went out of his way to personally make our stay at Riad Kniza unrivaled. He took us on a tour of the souks and to a place where we could buy a rug without being hassled.
Dinner was excellent the first night - so many great flavors.
Breakfast on the rooftop terrace shouldn't be missed.
The hammam experience was unique and very relaxing...good to do as a couple.
The entire staff made you feel like you were their only guest.
Quite possibly the best service and attention from the staff of anywhere I've stayed in the world.

Having spent over 7 hours on the train from Fes it was a joy to be met at the station and taken directly to the Riad Idra, where our welcome was second to none. The Riad is beautifully presented, with a cool central courtyard and individual rooms, where the little touches (even down to Chanel 19 in the bathroom for the girls!) make the stay all the more special. Karine manages an outstanding facility that is close to all the attractions that any visitor to Marrakech might want to see. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
If you're looking for tranquil 5* luxury amongst the madness of the Medina then this is the place for you. As soon as you enter the hotel you can't quite believe the transition. Aside from the fab location, the choice of restaurants within the hotel was great, staff friendly and helpful and the room was outstanding and impeccable. If you are looking for a few days away in Marrakech but like me not sure about staying in Riad then this hotel is for you. I particularly enjoyed relaxing and cooling down in the pool after a long, hot day exploring the Medina, Souks and surrounding areas. Recommend you take a carriage ride which was really good value for money. A word of warning, check out on google bartering techniques before you go shopping in the souks, we found that you could negotiate down and pay a 3rd of the starting price. Don't forget you are in a Muslim country in North Africa, be respectful of their culture but not afraid, they are a friendly people and appreciated some banter. Some areas are smelly and dusty but that's to be expected. A place I would definitely recommend is worth a visit :)
