Fabulous stay at this hotel, our first time in Marrakesh and I am already planning to return/ The hotel is wonderful and the staff exceptional, nothing is to much trouble and you feel like you are treated like royalty. There is nothing negative to say, it is a truly magical place.
The country club about 15 minutes away is a 'must' visit, we spent an afternoon there and regretted not going sooner and for longer. If you want to be spoilt beyond your wildest dreams, but also get great value for money I cant think of no better place.

Relaxing, very clean, excellent service! The spa services were amazing. It's quiet and secure, a necessity for two female travelers. A guide was provided to take us to and from a local restaurant so we didn't get lost navigating. Recommended without hesitation!
I came to Marrakesh for my birthday and Riad Lena was a seriously amazing birthday present! The location, the staff, the rooms, all incredibly amazing. I really enjoyed that the riad was on the smaller side, made my visit feel a lot more personal. All the staff made me feel as if I was family, and the riad manager even brought her adorable daughter to the riad some days.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Love it!!!
We were welcomed to Riad Monceau and made to feel completely at ease from then on, the staff were really friendly and the service excellent. It definitely became our home from home whilst we were away. We would recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic Morrocan experience.
A beautiful little riad. The plunge pool was particularly inviting. Every possible comfort was provided, so much so that I did have a twinge of guilt (an enormous shower head in a country short of water!). Lovely rooftop dining area and particularly good food to order.
If you're looking for tranquil 5* luxury amongst the madness of the Medina then this is the place for you. As soon as you enter the hotel you can't quite believe the transition. Aside from the fab location, the choice of restaurants within the hotel was great, staff friendly and helpful and the room was outstanding and impeccable. If you are looking for a few days away in Marrakech but like me not sure about staying in Riad then this hotel is for you. I particularly enjoyed relaxing and cooling down in the pool after a long, hot day exploring the Medina, Souks and surrounding areas. Recommend you take a carriage ride which was really good value for money. A word of warning, check out on google bartering techniques before you go shopping in the souks, we found that you could negotiate down and pay a 3rd of the starting price. Don't forget you are in a Muslim country in North Africa, be respectful of their culture but not afraid, they are a friendly people and appreciated some banter. Some areas are smelly and dusty but that's to be expected. A place I would definitely recommend is worth a visit :)

"Fantastic location, service and overall experience"
Mr. Mohammed went out of his way to personally make our stay at Riad Kniza unrivaled. He took us on a tour of the souks and to a place where we could buy a rug without being hassled.
Dinner was excellent the first night - so many great flavors.
Breakfast on the rooftop terrace shouldn't be missed.
The hammam experience was unique and very relaxing...good to do as a couple.
The entire staff made you feel like you were their only guest.
Quite possibly the best service and attention from the staff of anywhere I've stayed in the world.

Great stay at the riads. Everything was spot on whether it being breakfast, customer service, how helpful the staff are. The only negative for us is the wifi which didn't work in the room although this is a minor point. Definitely recommend to others!
