“Excellent hotel for my road trip”

We were very pleased to stop by this Shilo-inn hotel on my way from LA to Seattle. The room was pretty clean, and welcoming. The staff pretty friendly, the breakfast was way better than we expected, and I could stay with my dogs on the room. I will definetely use this chain again for my road trips.

“Good for the price”

I was looking for an affordable hotel to stay in for a week while visiting family. The price was right. The hotel was older and the carpet in our room was stained but the staff was very nice and housekeeping did a good job every day without fail. The hotel was just right for our needs.

“Very convenient, clean and friendly.”

We had a great stay at the Shilo Inn. Not much to do in the area but we flew into Medford Airport and it was right down the road - very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, beds comfortable, and breakfast enjoyable. Really couldn't ask for more for a quick overnight. Also, the town Ashland, about 10 miles away was very cute if you are looking for shopping, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.

“Needs an upgrade!”

For the same price I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn. The place was comfortable but very old and rundown.

“shilo medford”

The room was really warm when we got there so we had to run the air and leave to let the room cool, the pay for view movie took a while to start,and we could never get the wireless to work.

“Not up to the standard of other properties of the hotel chain.”

Even though the hotel was located between busy roadways, it was well insulated against the sound. Hallways seemed needlessly dark. The most disappointing feature was the breakfast area which was cobbled between two spaces one different levels, one of which seemed to be the "guest business area" of the hotel. Breakfast offerings were divided between the two rooms and the selection was not up to par with other hotel set ups.
