Beautiful gardens with water fountains all over the property. Our room was upgraded when we checked in, which was an amazing surprise! Very quiet and relaxing. Lovely tea room with a delicious complimentary buffet breakfast. Quiet and enjoyable.

Everything was so perfect. It’s unusual that all of our family members feel this way. The ground was well kept and beautiful. The home baked goods for the tea time and breakfast were beyond expected quality. The swimming pool was not heated for the season yet but still my kids enjoyed alternately hoping in jacuzzi and pool. I’d love a chance to come back.

The resort is very tranquil, peaceful and relaxing. The mineral water smells like sulfur but it was still nice having a jetted tub in the room. The breakfast was amazing, staff were helpful and polite. We had a relaxing 2 nights there in a bungalow, it feels like a little community of small homes. Overall it was a blast and we will be back!

Nice place. Friendly staff though they seemed slightly on edge. Good breakfast. But here’s the thing: it’s a real mineral spring so it smells. Smells like sulfur and sulfur smells like ____. Maybe it’s mentioned in the description but I didn’t see it or it was phrased in a way that doesn’t say it stinks. It’s the water that smells so we didn’t want to brush our teeth with it thought it was probably fine. But people love it there and my mother-in-law took a bath and felt amazing afterwards, so… If you can get past the odor, great place. The town of Ashland is great and this is a couple of miles from it.

A friendly welcome at the front desk. The room was spacious, clean, bright and comfy with the added luxury of soaking in the tub with mineral water. We enjoyed afternoon tea and a good breakfast. We'll be back.

The ground beautiful, high tea at 4:00 very nice enjoyed the scones, breakfast delicious, the best breakfast we experienced from a hotel. Easy 15 minute drive to town. Our room was lovely, fireplace, small patio, full kitchen. It was like an apartment. Enjoyed soaking in the natural springs. We would stay here again. Next time spend more time on the property enjoying the pool. Thank you,

Our stay with Lithia Springs was AMAZING! It is just what we needed for our quiet rejuvenating honeymoon. The room was perfect, the spa was perfect and the staff were great!!

The room I was in was very noisy. For a resort, I was surprised that they would place a room above the kitchen and dining room. The room was also next to the trash receptacles. At 5:50am, the trash truck picked up the receptacles and it was frightening and extremely loud. It felt like it was happening in my room! The entire time I was in my room, "massage" music could be heard. The dining area had this music on at 7am and it kept on playing after 10pm. Like the trash truck crashing sounds, the music sounded like it was being played inside my room. I would not return to this resort or if I did, I would not stay in room 1 or 2.

The lithium spring water is epic. Very relaxing. Not as strong as some, but definitely mellow making. Soaking in the communal hot tub is fun, but having it in your suite to really lounge for hours is truly grand. Love this place.

This is an unbelievable comfortable resort, I’ve soaked in my private bath & my pain is gone.it’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in.

We like the cleanliness of the facilities, free and well prepared hot breakfast, free afternoon tea and cookies. Quiet and easy parking, convenient to access highway and streets. But there are two problems need to be fixed: 1)wifi signal in our room is weak and not stable; 2) some power plug sockets on the walls are very loose, can't contact properly.

Our room photos were not a good representation of the room we received. Some pictures represent a soaking tub in the room and some pictures do not. We received a room that did not have a soaking tub in our room. Purchase with knowledge of what you are receiving.
