Infrastructure is amazing and well kept, but location is not the best. To compensate that you should have great service at least, which they failed big time. The room was not cleaned properly, towels were never available, coffee never replaced. Breakfast buffett service was slow and bad. Every day had to ask for cutlery, coffee took an eternity to arrive, just one person making omelettes was not enough. Room was ok, bathroom old but ok. Airconditioner not cold enough.

Staff was great. Very good facilities. Very comfortable king bed and room. Great 24 hour room service. I would only say their cuts of meat are a B to B , guess they could do better there.

I love the vibe and decor of this hotel. The pool is amazing and I loved the gym as well. The staff is terrific. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Average hotel , old property needs renovations, breakfast quality is below average most of the time food containers were empty , definitely not 5 stars , burger in restaurant Friday night was cooked from frozen so was rare and bloody which is not safe for ground beef , below standards of intercontinental name

The only thing we didn’t like is that we had a reservation for two people, but the room was set up for one person. It was only one road, one glass in the bathroom, and one pair of sandals.

Terrible service. They refused to give me a printed receipt and didn't send it through email. On top of that, they charged additional taxes that were supposed to be part of the booking fee. Rooms are pretty basic and old. Not really the kind of luxurious hotel they claim to be.

This property is an excellent stay, close to all the restos and bars that you need. The facility is very extensive and complete including 2 resto bars and jacuzzi, wet/hot spas that offer drink services. The pool is enormous and the food quality too notch. The only issue I had (I told the front desk) the hot water in the shower (6th floor) was very weak. Highly recommend. April 1st 2023 stay

Insulting towards women. Wouldn’t bother again.
The hotel was ok. However, the front desk staff and restaurant staff continually referred to my girlfriend as “company”. When we came back to the hotel at night, staff would bombard her with questions in Spanish. Asking name, room, then asking me if I was having “company” implying she’s a prostitute over and over. For that reason I wouldn’t stay there again, I felt insulted and more importantly my girlfriend felt disgusted with the implication she was a prostitution because she was dressed up really nice. The club level staff were excellent and was the best part of the stay. I personally wouldn’t stay there again because of the continual comment of “company” and harassment when arriving at night.
